Lyst is very robust in the offerings. I can get any item I look for from writing materials to household, clothes shoes etc unlike other such apps.
The only issue I have is that Lyst sometimes logs me out clearing all my history. I need to reinstall the app, log in before it’s fixed. That’s a bother
Also I can’t seem to find a tab to show all my past purchases? Which should be a default.

Ordered a jacket and paid. Got an email shortly after telling me it was out of stock (last where like a third party) was promptly refunded. All this happened over the course of 90 minutes. The customer service was fantastic and put other retailers to shame with how quickly this was dealt with

I ordered an item and I checked to see that I was sent an email that my item was out of stock. Lyst had a team member write me directly explaining the situation. It was unfortunate the item was not available but at least they wrote to let me know.

One of LYST “store partners” by the name of MIINTO, took more than a week to ship my purchase order number: 8637e025-ae91-48de-0001-000000
0368bd. To my surprise the reason of the delay -most likely- was that they were finding the item I bought.
Today, I received the item, a DOLCE & GABBANA backpack, clearly used, a preowned backpack !!!!!!
Not just the box was an used one from FedEx with a DHL label…, but the backpack has been used !!!!!!
DONT BUY FROM LYST, DON’T BUY FROM MIINTO.

I just used Lyst for the first time. I searched Kate Spade pajamas and was funneled to Rue La La They sent the wrong PJs, which clearly did not match the photo in the order. I couldn't use them. They charged me $11.99 to return them even though it was their error. I would not risk using Lyst or Rue La La again.
