Luis was absolutely phenomenal. So knowledgeable in the line I was seeking and helped me finalize decisions on chain purchased with new chain. Loved the vibes. Will use Luis again for purchases.

I felt it important to submit my positive experience with Lyst. I always check with Trustpilot before purchasing from an online store that I am not familiar with, and I almost backed out of making a purchase when I saw there was a one star review. Usually, a one-star review indicates a sketchy experience; however, the individual who gave this negative review apparently doesn't understand how to use this site and couldn't be bothered to read TP's guide for writing a useful review. Trustpilot is not the place to complain about having to pay full price due to an out-of-stock item. This could have seriously hurt a perfectly legitimate vendor! Here is tip, stop spewing your uninteresting thoughts all over the internet- nobody cares. Say something relevant, or don't say anything at all. That review should be deleted for it's irrelevance. Sorry for my rant, but I almost passed up on a dress that I had scoured the internet for and found on Lyst. I was temporarily heartbroken and don't take kindly to unnecessary emotional turmoil! Hah! ...On a serious note, Lyst doesn't deserve the inaccurate rating.

Bad experience

I used Lyst before when have ordered the items and was happy with it. This time I found a bad via Lyst and the app redirected me to the company BALTINI. who had this bag in a stock. I added an extra money to receive the bag within 3/4 working days. The item was delivered not in a timely manner at all. It looked like nothing compared how it was presented on website. The bag I have ordered looked very bad. I asked for a refund. Had to wait for couple of days before they replied back. The bag price was $281 , and I had to add another $40 for speedy shipping and $97 in taxes. After returning the bag I shall lose the TAX as it is unrefundable, will lose my extra payment for speedy delivery although it never arrived on time, plus additional $35 will be deducted for the return shipping. So appalling. People should read the refund policies before ordering the goods and to trust the company who delivers it. I won’t order through Lyst if other companies in a future. Better to see with your own eyes what you are buying. It was a really bad experience. The bag looked so bad that I was willing to lose that much money on returning it and at least to save something out of $413 I paid

Not enough information and support

I have purchased a pair of boots. They didn’t mention if this is final sale also the size is American. Wrong size from final sale. I have not received any support from the sellers yet!

Dishonest practice

I bought a blouse at a discounted price, but was informed that my order was cancelled despite the size being available. I ended up having to buy the same blouse for over a hundred dollars more at a different site. To add insult to injury, they even lied about it. I'm disappointed with LYST and will be opting for Mytheresa and Farfetch for my future purchases.
