My order number is # 3853896004. The customer service said that I was applying for a refund, but I have not responded to my email for five days. I send emails every day, why can't I see no reply? What should I do now that my express package has arrived? I used to like Macs, but now I am really disappointed, maybe this is the shop bully. CROYDON MAC
Yesterday evening I went into the MAC concession House Of Fraser Croydon store to get a repeated purchase of the Pro Longwear Concealer. When approaching the staff for help I was coldly greeted by a member of staff which made me feel extremely unwelcome to the store. As a returning customer for years this wasn’t the usual reception I have received previously. The lady picked out a concealer that was too dark for my skin, I then asked if I could have a lighter shade as I couldn’t remember the shade I had gotten previously. When I tried to engage in conversation, again, I was pretty much ignored. Anyway, the lady applied another colour onto my skin which was better. However, I was made to feel incredibly rushed to leave the floor when I said the concealer was better and left with what I believed to be the lighter shade. This morning when applying my concealer the colour was not only darker than my usual concealer and the colour tried on, it was darker than the whole complexion of my face. Therefore, I wasn’t even provided with the concealer that was tested.
I feel incredibly let down by the MAC as a returning customer for years, when previously I have always been presented with outstanding customer service as well as exiting the store feeling pleased with not only the product but the customer service. However, today I feel completely dissatisfied with the whole experience. Not only that, but out of pocket with a product that I cannot use again.
How can this issue be resolved?

The products were packed very well with bubble wrappers. And the price is quite low. Delivery was very fast.
