Absolutely disappointed with my…
Absolutely disappointed with my experience. The Uber Eats driver never delivered our order to the correct address and didn't even bother to call or contact us. Instead, our food was left at some random address by a gate. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We paid for a delivery service and expected our order to be handed over properly or at the very least for the driver to communicate if there was an issue. Poor service, lack of accountability, and a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from Macdonalds our driver was Keletso gugulethu. Macdonalds drive thru Newcastle
Putney branch
Putney branch. Perpetually filthy. All tables and seating are dirty and covered in food ALL of the time. Have not seen any tables wiped or floors swept in dozens of visits. I don’t even walk in there for takeaways anymore as the floors are sticky.
Milk
How can you say you have no milk for tea when you are serving coffee when asking if you can paw some out of a milk carton the answer was where not aloud to so when offering to buy a small milk I Was told to go back round the drive through then your staff Very sarcastic way. SAY HAVE A NICE DAY rude and ridiculous. Just put a small amount in a different cup if your staff had anything about them but never mind have a great day

Couldnt sleep so foolishly headed to our local McDonalds . Breakfast menu there sucks tbf with little choice . I opted for the flatbread for £3.60 and was handed what looked and tasted like half a leaflet ! Disgusting , inedible half piece of rock-hard pita bread with a molecule of bacon and the merest residual essence of cheese slice !
Rude gentleman, morning manager
As I placed a mobile order at McDonald's location 1700 44th street SE Kentwood, I experienced the worst and most unprofessional experience. The gentleman possibly the morning manager on shift was very unhappy unpleasant and just rude to encounter: upon picking up my order, which I paced online and all items I selected were available on the app. Once I get there he said "oh ain't no apple pies them been dead" or something of that sort, he then walked away as I was asking how do I get my money back and or a replacement item. He said "u going Have to figure that out on the app" lol
Like very rude jsut seemed mad he was at work lmao
I then asked for a receipt because I did not receive one after he handed me my order. He told me to pull around and get it. All over a Apple pie lol
I don't even need the money back or the pie it's the fact that he was so rude and disrespectful about the whole
Situation. I then proceeded to roll my window up sat at the drive thru window to try and submit a complaint to see about getting my money back because at this point I'm going to reciprocate his energy. He was mad and instead of giving me a recipe he called the police in which they never showed lol. He never gave me a receipt and preceded to tell the police I was threatening him. Also a joke. Because my widow was rolled up the whole time after he was rude the first time. He is honestly a joke and just and he works at McDonald's or something because baby when I tell u he could have just easily handed me a receipt which I was solely untitled too and I would have left. He is rude and overly mad for nothing. I do recommend this location especially In the AM. I have never experienced such an unhappy rude worker at this location. Even worse if he was the manager because he had no customer service experience what so ever. Again I do not recommend this location.
Mac Donald’s Wigan - Avoid Gower Street
Mac Donald’s Wigan - Gower Street - food has been deteriorating for some time now and today it absolutely hit rock bottom. Vile overcooked filet of fish that was swimming in grease. Cheese bites that were so old they had no cheese in the middle. No milk or sugar out for customers. It wasn’t even that busy. I think they need new management.
I am profoundly bewildered by the…
I am profoundly bewildered by the astonishing level of incompetence demonstrated during my recent visit. My order was remarkably straightforward, yet somehow it was transformed into an entirely different meal. I specifically requested three 10-piece nugget meals, but instead received four. To make matters even more frustrating, the fourth meal was supposed to be a McDouble meal, not another nugget meal.
This was not a minor oversight; it was a complete failure to accurately fulfill a simple order. I understand that mistakes can occur, but receiving an entirely different meal suggests a concerning lack of attention to detail and quality control. By the time I discovered the error, it had already caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of accuracy when paying for food. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below reasonable expectations. I sincerely hope greater care is taken in the future so other customers do not encounter the same exasperating situation.
Needless to say, I left thoroughly disappointed.
McDonald’s
McDonald’s
5639 Battlefield Pkwy
Ringgold, GA 30736
This was the nicest fast food restaurant. Everyone was super polite. Food was good, received fast. Interaction between employees was kind. Staff checked in with patrons during meals inquiring if they needed anything. Very pleasant experience and the place was CLEAN!
Staff at McDonald’s Oxford & wonderland…
Staff at McDonald’s Oxford & wonderland rd are irresponsible and careless. I go to this McDonald’s every day for a coffee group. We are known by the staff. On June 8th a hat was let behind and the staff was asked to keep it in a for me safe place for me to pick it up next day. On 9th June I went in and it had miraculously disappeared. Saying didn’t know where it was. I asked to see the cameras and apparently safe keeping is sitting inside the counter (not under counter) for any staff or cleaning crew the just take. Staff saying they are not allowed to take things home but cleaning staff apparently can scoop up not only garbage but anything is fair game. wallets, phones, keys.
Saying there is no Lost & Found
BEWARE. This is really unacceptable for a business establishment such as McDonald’s.
The McDonald’s app
The McDonald’s app is fantastic right up until the moment you actually need help.
If your order is wrong, missing items, or there’s any kind of issue, be prepared to embark on a quest worthy of a fantasy novel. Finding a way to contact a real human being seems practically impossible. Instead, you’re sent around in circles through automated forms, help pages, and generic responses that often don’t solve the problem.
It’s remarkable that a global company can make spending money so easy while making customer support so difficult. The app appears to have been designed on the assumption that nothing will ever go wrong.
When an order issue does arise, customers are left feeling ignored and frustrated. A simple refund or complaint process shouldn’t require detective skills and a large amount of patience.
Great at taking orders. Diabolical at dealing with problems.
No McFlurry on site
No McFlurry being served. This is the 2nd time in 2 different McDonald’s where they aren’t serving ice cream. Today Chester Sealand Road. Very difficult trying to explain to grandkids they can’t have an ice cream
Not had a McDonalds for some time
Not had a McDonalds for some time . Decided to have a double cheeseburger. Absolutely rank . McDonald’s should be closed down their quality of food, nothing like the pics

it was so bad evreything was so bad Literally everything
Mcdelivery, Uber Eats
Every time I order an Mcdelivery, I seem to have one issue or another. The first time I had only half a large hot chocolate. The last 3 times I had salsa dips missing. And that is not very nice, when I pay for something I should be able to get what I paid for! Not have things go missing. (Mcdonald's Mannings Heath Poole is where the deliveries come from).

Be very careful with the parking…
Be very careful with the parking arrangement at this McDonald’s next to the E20 motorway.
I stopped here for a break after a four-hour drive while travelling through Denmark. I was a genuine customer/traveller and expected this to be a normal roadside McDonald’s where customers could safely stop, rest and park.
The area beside the restaurant looked like part of the McDonald’s customer car park. The place where I parked appeared to be an end parking position beside a marked bay. It had a white bay line on one side and a physical wall/edge structure on the other side. There was no clear ground marking, no cross-hatching, no barrier, no cone, no painted warning, no yellow line, and no obvious “no parking” marking showing that the space was prohibited.
Within only a few minutes, I received a private parking control fee from Avantpark for allegedly parking outside a marked bay. In my opinion, the layout is misleading and trap-like, especially for foreign travellers who do not read Danish. The parking sign was in Danish, and there was no clear English warning or obvious pictorial/ground marking to tell international customers that this bay-like area could result in a large parking charge.
What made it even worse was how quickly the ticket was issued. It happened within minutes. I saw the person who issued the ticket walk back to a car parked only around 20 metres away. To me, this gives the strong impression that this exact spot is known to catch drivers out, and that motorists may be watched rather than properly warned.
This is a McDonald’s next to a motorway, so it will naturally be used by many travellers, tourists and foreign drivers. McDonald’s staff and the local operator should surely be aware if customers are being caught by this parking arrangement. If this spot is causing repeated mistakes, McDonald’s should warn customers clearly and require the landowner or parking operator to mark the area properly.
I complained to McDonald’s Denmark. Their reply was very disappointing. They said parking fines are annoying, referred me to the parking rules, and told me to contact the restaurant. In my view, that does not address the real problem. This happened outside a McDonald’s restaurant, to a McDonald’s customer, in a parking area that appears to serve the restaurant. McDonald’s should not simply pass responsibility away when its customers are exposed to a confusing private parking setup.
I cannot prove whether McDonald’s and the parking company are working together in a deliberate way, but from a customer’s point of view it certainly feels like McDonald’s is allowing a private parking arrangement that catches people out. That is unacceptable for a roadside restaurant used by international travellers.
If many customers make the same mistake, the problem is the layout and warning signs — not the customers. A responsible restaurant would insist on clear markings, such as cross-hatching, “no parking” painted on the ground, barriers, cones, or clear multilingual signage.
I am extremely disappointed. I stopped at this McDonald’s for a rest and ended up with a private parking charge within minutes. I will avoid this location in future, and frankly I will use Burger King or another alternative from now on.
My advice: do not stop here unless you are absolutely certain where you are allowed to park. Do not rely on whether a space looks like part of the McDonald’s car park. Check everything carefully, because the parking arrangement here can be very costly.
Worst McDonald store (Redmond, WA)
This is the worst store experience I've ever had, extremely poor customer service, staff and manager are useless. So my wife ordered through their app before left home and gave me the order number and asked me to pick it up, when I got there 20 minutes later, I didn’t see our order so I asked the staff there, he looked at the order on my phone and walked away, I thought he went in an check but apparently not, just disappearing avoiding me, then 5 went by so I asked the second staff, same thing happen so I asked the third staff and tell him I need to see the manager and show him the order, he came back after 5 minutes and said His manager told him nothing they can do unless my wife press “I’m already here” button on the app, so I called my wife but unfortunately the app kept crashing when she try to open it so unable to tap the “I’m already here” button, I asked the staff there, can you just process it according to the order and show them the order in my email, but they refused and said nothing they can do without we clicking on the “I’m already here” button in the app even though my credit card has already been charged. I know for sure manager in any store can make an exception and can just process the order if they really wanted to and had the proper training and understand what Customer Service is, but apparently not the Redmond Way (Redmond, WA) staff (and Manager).
I ordered thru the mobile app
I ordered thru the mobile app. It was paid for. When I arrive at the store and pull into curbside parking. I go to the app to put in the spot number. I see an email from McDonald's cancelling my order. With a. it will take 5 business days for the refund. Hold up. The store is open 24 hours. Why was my order cancelled. Customer service couldn't tell me why. So I deleted my account along with the app. They suck. They are in the business of feeding people and they cancell your order and send you away without food. Bye Bye.
Always check you order
Order was made through Uber eats at the Edwalton store...the incompetent staff didn't put everything in and now I'm out of pocket and waiting for Uber to investigate...I'm not gonna hold my breath. I also tried ringing the Edwalton store only for the phone to be picked up, hung up and left off the hook... absolutely excellent customer service!! After reading other reviews elsewhere, this didn't surprise me. Avoid this store, unless you are desperate and don't use Uber Eats as it takes a lifetime to get a result.
mc Donald's upgrade yourself
one time I was at mc Donald's and I waited so long like 30 minutes for my food and when I go it everything was all messy in my burger and was falling out
