Mcdelivery, Uber Eats

Every time I order an Mcdelivery, I seem to have one issue or another. The first time I had only half a large hot chocolate. The last 3 times I had salsa dips missing. And that is not very nice, when I pay for something I should be able to get what I paid for! Not have things go missing. (Mcdonald's Mannings Heath Poole is where the deliveries come from).

Be very careful with the parking…

Be very careful with the parking arrangement at this McDonald’s next to the E20 motorway.

I stopped here for a break after a four-hour drive while travelling through Denmark. I was a genuine customer/traveller and expected this to be a normal roadside McDonald’s where customers could safely stop, rest and park.

The area beside the restaurant looked like part of the McDonald’s customer car park. The place where I parked appeared to be an end parking position beside a marked bay. It had a white bay line on one side and a physical wall/edge structure on the other side. There was no clear ground marking, no cross-hatching, no barrier, no cone, no painted warning, no yellow line, and no obvious “no parking” marking showing that the space was prohibited.

Within only a few minutes, I received a private parking control fee from Avantpark for allegedly parking outside a marked bay. In my opinion, the layout is misleading and trap-like, especially for foreign travellers who do not read Danish. The parking sign was in Danish, and there was no clear English warning or obvious pictorial/ground marking to tell international customers that this bay-like area could result in a large parking charge.

What made it even worse was how quickly the ticket was issued. It happened within minutes. I saw the person who issued the ticket walk back to a car parked only around 20 metres away. To me, this gives the strong impression that this exact spot is known to catch drivers out, and that motorists may be watched rather than properly warned.

This is a McDonald’s next to a motorway, so it will naturally be used by many travellers, tourists and foreign drivers. McDonald’s staff and the local operator should surely be aware if customers are being caught by this parking arrangement. If this spot is causing repeated mistakes, McDonald’s should warn customers clearly and require the landowner or parking operator to mark the area properly.

I complained to McDonald’s Denmark. Their reply was very disappointing. They said parking fines are annoying, referred me to the parking rules, and told me to contact the restaurant. In my view, that does not address the real problem. This happened outside a McDonald’s restaurant, to a McDonald’s customer, in a parking area that appears to serve the restaurant. McDonald’s should not simply pass responsibility away when its customers are exposed to a confusing private parking setup.

I cannot prove whether McDonald’s and the parking company are working together in a deliberate way, but from a customer’s point of view it certainly feels like McDonald’s is allowing a private parking arrangement that catches people out. That is unacceptable for a roadside restaurant used by international travellers.

If many customers make the same mistake, the problem is the layout and warning signs — not the customers. A responsible restaurant would insist on clear markings, such as cross-hatching, “no parking” painted on the ground, barriers, cones, or clear multilingual signage.

I am extremely disappointed. I stopped at this McDonald’s for a rest and ended up with a private parking charge within minutes. I will avoid this location in future, and frankly I will use Burger King or another alternative from now on.

My advice: do not stop here unless you are absolutely certain where you are allowed to park. Do not rely on whether a space looks like part of the McDonald’s car park. Check everything carefully, because the parking arrangement here can be very costly.

Worst McDonald store (Redmond, WA)

This is the worst store experience I've ever had, extremely poor customer service, staff and manager are useless. So my wife ordered through their app before left home and gave me the order number and asked me to pick it up, when I got there 20 minutes later, I didn’t see our order so I asked the staff there, he looked at the order on my phone and walked away, I thought he went in an check but apparently not, just disappearing avoiding me, then 5 went by so I asked the second staff, same thing happen so I asked the third staff and tell him I need to see the manager and show him the order, he came back after 5 minutes and said His manager told him nothing they can do unless my wife press “I’m already here” button on the app, so I called my wife but unfortunately the app kept crashing when she try to open it so unable to tap the “I’m already here” button, I asked the staff there, can you just process it according to the order and show them the order in my email, but they refused and said nothing they can do without we clicking on the “I’m already here” button in the app even though my credit card has already been charged. I know for sure manager in any store can make an exception and can just process the order if they really wanted to and had the proper training and understand what Customer Service is, but apparently not the Redmond Way (Redmond, WA) staff (and Manager).

I ordered thru the mobile app

I ordered thru the mobile app. It was paid for. When I arrive at the store and pull into curbside parking. I go to the app to put in the spot number. I see an email from McDonald's cancelling my order. With a. it will take 5 business days for the refund. Hold up. The store is open 24 hours. Why was my order cancelled. Customer service couldn't tell me why. So I deleted my account along with the app. They suck. They are in the business of feeding people and they cancell your order and send you away without food. Bye Bye.

Always check you order

Order was made through Uber eats at the Edwalton store...the incompetent staff didn't put everything in and now I'm out of pocket and waiting for Uber to investigate...I'm not gonna hold my breath. I also tried ringing the Edwalton store only for the phone to be picked up, hung up and left off the hook... absolutely excellent customer service!! After reading other reviews elsewhere, this didn't surprise me. Avoid this store, unless you are desperate and don't use Uber Eats as it takes a lifetime to get a result.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I found a hair in my food, which completely ruined my appetite. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for a place of this level I expected much better hygiene and quality control. I hope the management takes situations like this more seriously.

I placed an order through the McDonalds…

I placed an order through the McDonalds app. This cost me over £30. A message was sent saying order 2 minutes away but it never arrived. Contacted McDonalds but they said nothing to do with them I had to complain to Uber who they use for delivery. Surely they should be more interested in orders that don't get delivered. This is not the first time this has happened to me when ordering through their app. So I've learned my lesson now and will not be ordering through their app again and suggest no one else does either until they start to take some responsibility. I had to pay again to get my order. Avoid at all costs.

Cribbs Causeway Bristol McDonalds was absolutely terrible. Chicken burger was dry and over cooked, threw it away. Big Mac was greasy and tasted old, threw that away too. We have used it twice in a year whilst travelling from Devon to Telford. Won’t be using it again.

Awful food and useless app/delivery

Awful food and useless app/delivery
Twice they screwed me over when ordering food on the app for delivery, 2 hours pass, and nothing, it’s the only place open late so when I’m home from work it’s convenient to order from there
It’s happened to me twice now I’ve ordered and after a couple of hours the food never arrives, I suspect the delivery drivers are eating my order!

The McDonalds on Walsall Road in…

The McDonalds on Walsall Road in Birmingham is slowly killing the taste of anything chicken on their menu. It started with the nuggets, which were regularly chewy, so I stopped ordering them. Then it was the selects - the coating seemed to be trying to run away from every chicken piece providing a slimy texture between the coating and chicken. I went back to regularly old chicken sandwiches only for ot to be as dry and hard as cardboard
Either they are selling food that is "out of time" or they are victim to shoddy supply. Either way, with the knowledge of the health benefits of not eating McDs, any more of this and ill be giving it up for good.

Food missing

I ordered three flatbreads and only one arrived. It’s become a recurring issue with McDonald’s – they never seem to get things right.

Their staff clearly aren’t paying attention when filling orders. This isn’t the first time I’ve complained about McDonald’s for various reasons.

The customer service is appalling.

MCDONALD'S REMOVAL OF GRILLED CHICKEN…

MCDONALD'S REMOVAL OF GRILLED CHICKEN WITHOUT NOTICE FROM THEIR MENU SHOWS A COMPLETE AND UTTER DISREGARD FOR THE HEALTH OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. REDUCING BACK TO ALL FRIED FILLINGS GIVES NOBODY A HEALTHY OPTION TO CHOOSE. AS USUAL, PROFIT PREVAILS. I AM APALLED THAT, IN TIMES OF MASS OBESITY AND ASSOCIATED ILL HEALTH ISSUES ACROSS FIRST WORLD NATIONS, THEY CHOOSE TO DISPLAY FLAGRANT LACK OF CONCERN AND TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMER BASE.

Collierswood branch awful quality Fries…

Collierswood branch awful quality Fries - placed a large order, however all 3 sets of Fries were not dissimilar to cardboard. Had probably been left standing for a long time. Obviously ‘NOT quality checked’ prior to selling to unsuspecting customers. All 3 binned.
