Har lagt en beställning och ändrat mig…

Har lagt en beställning och ändrat mig dagen efter pga av risk för länge väntetid på leverans än vad som anges.
Ringde och fick bra samtal och bemötande.
Macoteket var sjyssta och ärliga i bedömning av eventuell leveranstid vilket sen var upp till mig som kund att ta ställning till.

Tycker att Macoteket förtjänar bra bedömning oavsett vad som anges på deras hemsida med leverans på 1-2 arbetsdagar för tillgängliga varor. Detta framgår av alla nätbutiker, t o m Apple's butik och stämmer ibland inte i praktiken hos någon alls, speciellt inför Jul.

Men du som kund har luren i handen dygnet runt, kan ringa, få till ett trevlig samtal och gå till en fysisk affär istället.

Beställde en dator här i mitten på…

Beställde en dator här i mitten på november. Den har fortfarande inte levererats trots att leveranstiden var 1-2 vardagar.

Det har alltså gått cirka 2 veckor och det enda jag hör är "Vi ber om ursäkt, förhoppningsvis skickas den imorgon". Inget utanför boxen tänk alls utan endast ursäkter och de ber mig avvakta. Hade uppskattat servicemind i detta ärende.
