This is the second time I bought a computer from Macs4u.com. They were excellent to work with and the machines were both in like new condition.

My experience must reflect that MACs4u.com is an excellent company. I had nothing but helpful, informed technical people guide me through the purchase and shipping processes. They need to rethink using FEDEX because its tracking system makes things so much harder when it didn't have to be. Even then, MACs4u.com help arrived to investigate FEDEX's mysterious tracking system, making my overall experience completely positive.

I bought a great little MacBook Pro Nice upgrade from my 12 year old Pro that died. So far so good. Great screen, lots of storage, etc.

I should have checked to make sure there were available USB ports, but I found an external port to add on to the computer. Otherwise, A+

The computer was first rate, as was the customer service. I bought it for my daughter so that she could use it in college and she is finding it to be an excellent resource. Thanks for the good work.

Excellent experience! Ordered a MBP for my wife and had to email them about a shipping delay. They were fast to respond and also followed up to make sure everything was good. I'll be using Macs4U again when I buy another MBP for myself soon.

I gave a five star because my whole experience was great. Although the first computer that I received came with a cracked screen the communication with the staff at Macs4u was quick. I enjoyed the communication from the start of when I purchased and after I received it.

Works great, fan is a bit noisy but overall works very quickly with my music setup. I will be buying a second mac via this page.
