The 200 "Captain Hats" I ordered arrived today in 2 large boxes. Inside they are individually packaged in plastic bags. They are exactly what I ordered...and got here in about half the time I anticipated.

I find the site very straight forward to deal with accurate ETA's and no hidden costs

I wish there were fewer than 1 star to give this review.
From the start, we had tried to communicate what was required for our new custom body and neck order. It was difficult for the team at Afanti to understand the needs.
On the website the MOQ of 6 varied from the reality. When I asked for prototyping, I was met with minimum of 10 pieces and that the parts would take 2-3 months as they were not standard.

From the start of communication at the beginning of November 2025 the delivery did not occur until June 2026. 6 months later. 2-3 times longer than stated.

The product that arrived was not fit for purpose and it was clear that they paid little attention to the detail provided - 3D CAD and full drawings. Even though I ordered 10 necks to suit, the necks arrived with 57mm heels as per the order, the neck pockets on the bodies all 56mm. The tremolo cavities do not even allow the block to get into the body as they have a strange ledge that blocks the path midway.

The finishes were completely sub-standard with runs in the paint and sanding that is not uniform creating irregular lines and divots - 10 guitar bodies and not one sand and paint finish that could be on sold.

I have asked how we proceed to rectification several times and am yet to get a response on the defective parts, being told initially that they will give me an extra body on the next order for free and will check quality next time before shipment? Totally ignoring the 10 that are unusable and paid for.

I am left in a situation of paying for rectification to the necks to make them usable, in limbo as to if the company will honour its commitment to providing me with the product I have paid for and customer orders that remain unfulfilled due to the poor quality of the workmanship provided by Afanti.

Very disappointing experience.

I would highly discourage any of the manufacturers and builders thinking of using this company.

It’s quite difficult to find the right seller, because many of them don’t reply, or they only answer some of the questions. You always have to tell them to read the message carefully and answer every question. Unfortunately, most sellers don’t write much on their own, but of course there are exceptions — I also managed to find one who communicates well.

For anyone who has never ordered from China to Europe before, the whole process can be challenging. It’s not enough to find the right seller and the right product — after that, you still have to deal with the customs agency, which can be complicated. I ordered a sample piece, and although it was a bit difficult at first because I didn’t know the process, I eventually managed to get it done. Thank you.

The seller never told the truth about delivery time. 7 weeks after purchase still no delivery, I‘m afraid quality will as well be poor if it ever will arrive and they took 390 USD shipping fee.

What I received is 0% of what I had expected. What is advertised is not real. the Advert said the phone has clear and clean camera which is not true, the phone is said to be 1TB but I have not loaded anything more than 1GB but it is already complaining about storage, The phone keeps on freezing, the screen keeps on turning off. this phones are boring to tell the truth. Nothing interesting about them. If i wasn't in far from the town, i could have long returned them.

After 5 weeks of payment to Shenzhen Weprint Office Technology Company Limited no sign of delivery. I feel scammed after this much wait.
