My goal was to remove an old live chat feature on my website with new script and software. I'm addition, looking to link old icons to pop up windows for new chat feature being installed and tested. They not only swapped EVERYTHING out but tested it and even added custom script to link old chat icons to new one! That's going above and beyond and very much appreciated. I will definitely be using them for all future work! Their rates are amazing when compared to others!

These people are truly professionals, they do their job very well, their extensions are not ordinary and not simple.

All extensions are really functional and have very important details for store owners.

The most important feature is the support team, they are really great, they fulfill their promises and are really helpful in terms of customer satisfaction.

You can find the extensions you need for your store in many places, but finding the extension is not the important thing.

The important thing is that the extensions works correctly and the support team helps you when you encounter a problem. In this sense, the Magedelight team is definitely the best.

Update: We got a refund, thanks.
This company advertises that their plugins are compatible in a PWA and JS environment but sadly their code is not and needs extensive customization. The team does not offer refunds unless you meet some list of requirements. As if a customer is supposed to pay a development team some number of hours to "prove the case" for a refund. This is a horrible policy and we will never consider this brand of plugin ever again in the future for any of our stores.

Loved their customer service and problem solving ability

Untrustworthy, unhelpful and useless product!

Our business purchased a plug-in for $500 on the basis that MadeDelight advertise a 45 day money back guarantee on their site.

The plug-in proved unsuitable for our website, and we requested our money back.

It took one month for MageDelight to reply, this was only after a chaser email was sent, the answer received was they wouldn't process the refund.

So what happened to their 45 day money back pledge?

I have since written to their CEO, no surprise, no reply!

Do not buy extensions from this seller is a scam not updated and puts very large that updates are free for life and of course now also be compatible with 2.4.4 without having updated them just changing the text on the purchase page. They do not respect their refund policy. I bought the "Product Parts Finder" module which has not been updated once since I bought it, the installation procedure did not comply with Magento standards. I requested a refund and I am still waiting ...

Great support from the magedelight team.

First time I bought module at this developer. I had some installation issues as I did not read manuals as usuall... but they helped me extremely fast... incredible support.

We purchased the referral plug-in, to find that it doesn't work after spending a lot of time to get it up and running. When we raised this with Magedelight they requested us to pay for additional support in order to help. We then requested a refund but as it was past the 45 days trial a refund was refused despite the plug-in never working for us.

This has resulted in lost orders, disgruntled customers, additional costs/time wasted with our developers, and a complete lack of trust in Magedelight. Very disappointed.

We had another plug-in with them that didn't work either. We have finally been given a refund for this one but they've deducted 10% off for refund process and costs.

There are plenty of other providers of Magento modules so I'd check out others before purchasing!

The customer service is very helpful and the licensing system works straight forward. They also gave me coupon to use for my purchase since I was not aware of the current promotion campaign. Request to update information on my invoice is done very quickly as well. In short, they provide a great customer service and I will definitely come back for future projects.
