Bought a Partial Payment extension from the company and it work completely fine as per my requirement as I was able to collect payment from my customer at regular interval of time. Support team also guided me regarding the setup of my payment gateway inorder to work with partial payment plugin.

Partial Payment module = BAD

I bought the Partial Payment module only to find out that you can't manually mark a payment as paid. Why is this a problem? If the customer wants to pay off their balance by any means other than the card they paid with, i.e. bank transfer, you can't mark it as paid. This means they still get email reminders and even payments being taken automatically EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED THEM!

Do NOT use this module. It is full of bugs and when I explained this BIG problem to the developer, they said I need to pay them for custom support... to fix a huge problem with their own module!

They told me to enable offline payment methods temporarily and mark them as paid this way, but guess what, that doesn't even work. Not that it is a good solution anyway, but you would expect a solution they give you to actually work in the first place.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this deserves it.

We had an extension installed from them which was then disabled in the admin area, ready for us to enable once the website was populated. Once the website was populated a few months later (we have thousands of products) we enabled the extension only to find it buggy, glitchy and causing any page in which did not have an active product bundle on to throw up an error. They refused to fix their bad installation error which we had paid for because we were outside of the 90 day support. I was not seeking support, I was seeking the appropriate installation service in which we paid for. They hide behind their terms and conditions and just repeat themselves, almost ignoring the points we made.

Beware of this company. They promise a 45-day money back guarantee, deliver you an extension full of bugs and then refuse to refund.

Avoid this company at all cost. They sold me an extension for magento 2. Their website claimed excellent customer service.

I bought magedelight one step checkout. Installed it, ran into difficulties, so opened a ticket.

It took a full day for them to reply, with a question. Then another, and so it went. Only to find out that this extension is only built for the Luma theme and requires 5 hours work at 35usd to get it to work in another theme.

The product description didn't say this. Ive bought hundreds of extensions over the years, and never had this issue.

So reluctantly i asked for a refund. They hid behind their terms and conditions and refused

So money lost, lesson learned.

Customer service, Awful.
Product price extremely expensive if you have a theme.
Use again? Never in a million years.
