Literally the worst company I have ever used. Magic is so far from what they are. I ordered nearly 3000 Euros worth of parts to build my own PC, everything was in stock according to their website. 5 days go past without notification, so I send an email asking them what is happening? More days pass and they tell me that they are waiting for the RAM and Screen. I don't say anything and wait, part of the order arrives after two weeks, but the RAM, Hard drive and Tower case are missing, all of which were in stock when I ordered, the screen box comes completely damaged, turn it on to test it and big blue line down the screen. Ask to send it back via there online form, they take 3 days to reply, then they take a further week after receiving the item to tell me there was a fault. Then I hear nothing, I have to try and call to ask what is happening, twice I get hung up on. Several times they tell me the person who is dealing with it isn't there, I sense that it wasn't true. So I send three emails, no reply to any of them. I use their online messaging service, no reply. Finally I get a message that the monitor is coming, by now it's been over three weeks since I placed the order. New monitor arrives, this time with a little damage to the box, luckily it works. Then the Tower case arrives a few days later, again, box is damaged very badly, a hole right through the box where there is a clear plastic section on the tower, somehow it is undamaged. Still unable to test my new PC. Send more emails, no reply, use their online form, no reply. Finally the RAM and Hard drive arrives. Hard disk is OEM which isn't legal to sell as far as I know, it's also so damaged it's making a grinding noise at turn on, useless. Email them asking for a refund, three days later they tell me it has been issued and I have to pay the returns cost, even though they charged 35 Euros for delivery! They receive the item and issue a refund (so I think), returns cost me 8 euros. Now three weeks has gone by and nothing has gone back into our bank. It's nearly 2 months since I first ordered. This company are verging on criminality. Never before have I witnessed such a bunch of unprofessional useless people in my life, they should not be allowed to operate. They continue to be awful even as I write this message, they just sent a new email saying a cheque was posted today after chasing them, even though I paid by card!!! My advice, avoid at all costs.

Just purchased a Gigabyte motherboard. Very fast delivery and very reasonable prices.
I recommend!

Every thing ordered to this place was delivered in less than 2 weeks and it was always in good condition and corresponding to the description. For people who wants to save money with computer I recommand.

Magicpc is the most reliable website to purchase PC goods in France. I have purchased twice, rapid response & trusted transaction (by Google). Most of E-commerce in France, really bad packaging and non-trusted delivery procedure. BUT!!! Magicpc will response quick and good care!!!
