We recently visited magnet in Gloucester after deciding to have a new extension, which would include a new kitchen. We were greeted by Charlotte who was friendly and helpful. They have a great showroom we were even offered a drink whilst we looked around which was a nice touch. We look forward to coming back once our plans are drawn up.

Do not use Magent. Its was such a bad decision to use these. The material they use is cheap and warps quickly. You take it to their warranty team and they tell you they wont do nothing about it. £12,000 for a kitchen that's falling apart in less than 1 year! Avoid

Answering all questions and being on time

After looking around many other kitchen places we settled on Magnet.
This was mainly due to Mitchell Gorman who works in the Doncaster Branch.
We had encountered many smarmy, arrogant sales man on our search and Mitchell was a breath of fresh air.
He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped design a kitchen that we were told else where wasn’t possible to fit in. He assured us it was and thank god we listened.
I’m very fussy and after the initial delivery I changed my mind on a few aspects of the design.
This was never a problem, I simply messaged Mitchell through the handy Magnet app and he quickly got this sorted. We had a bit of a wait to swap the items but he personally came to have a look on the progress and deliver them for us. He was amazing from start to finish.
We also preferred magnet over other companies due to their better design of some of the corner units.
My only negative was the grill for under a the oven and fridges are quite open so you could see under the kickboards and we hadn’t put flooring all the way back so it didn’t look great. I bought insect netting from Amazon which my fitter secured over the grill which quickly resolved the issue. Something maybe Magnet needs to look into.
All in all very happy with our kitchen and the service we received.

Absolutely loved our designing appointment at Magnet, we had a really fab experience with Eloise (Davidson) at the Bristol St Philips Branch. She was really helpful, super knowledgable and gently guided us to make the right decisions to make a gorgeous design for our kitchen. The in store designing software was also great at helping us to be able to see our ideas as realistically as possible.
I'd highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a kitchen upgrade.

From my very initial enquiry on line to the easy to follow self measurement diagram submitted to the very polite non pushy & helpful telephone call from my local Stratford upon Avon branch ~ my experience at Magnet just got better when meeting the design consultant Imogen Hearn. On arrival Imogen had already created a draft layout new kitchen design, having noted my various requirements ie walk in larder, waste disposal cupboard etc., it was then so easy to visualise & touch & feel the chosen kitchen, work tops & accessories in a beautifully cool showroom. Imogen listened to me & gave me some great advice & together I feel confident that my new kitchen is going to be just what I had envisaged. I left with a detailed quotation & full colour layout design plan with no hard sell or asking for a deposit which I really appreciated. After, a home visit by Imogen to confirm exact measurements & answer a few queries that you don’t remember sitting in a showroom ~ everything was agreed & I happily paid a deposit. I’m so looking forward to the end result, as I feel so happy with Imogen’s expertise, help, professionalism and above all her gentle but positive manner.

We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen from Magnet in Chester! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Craig's design is absolutely wonderful; he managed to make the space look beautiful while ensuring it’s incredibly easy to work in.
A huge thank you also goes to Bob, who installed it. He was fantastic—so hardworking, deeply knowledgeable about Magnet products, and meticulous with his attention to detail. We highly recommend them both to anyone looking to make their kitchen dreams come true!

Everything was on time and they made it very clear on the step by step process.

Avoid! I have had a horrible experience with magnet. Took my deposit, and I then had no further contact from them. I had to chase and chase. My designer went off sick, when I finally got someone to take over my project they told me the worktop was £1.5k more than quoted (and agreed in our contract). I decided to cancel with them as the service is so poor, and I had lost all faith in them. They took 5 weeks to return my deposit (and I only got it back because I was regularly following up with them). Awful, and have delayed my kitchen project by months.

After saving for a number of years to finally have the kitchen redone in my first flat, I visited magnet at branksome and met Darren. He was super helpful and really approachable and friendly, he answered lots of questions and nothing was too much trouble. He was great getting the delivery rearranged when the wrong vehicle size was booked so it didn't mess up the installation dates. The installers, Graham, Billy and Bradley did a fantastic job and were really understanding and supportive throughout this very new and stressful process, even with some hiccups and temperamental weather along the way. Definitely recommend 👍👍

Excellent, professional service throughout the whole process from initially walking into the Chester store and engaging with Gabriela Koziol (Gabi) who became our guide and kitchen designer, up to delivery and fitting (shout out to Mark our fitter) our our wonderful new kitchen, would highly recommend them all.

The senior kitchen designer, Margarita Partali, designed a lovely new kitchen for me, turning a small cramped kitchen into a useful good sized kitchen. It`s also very attractive and has been admired by all my neighbours

Karine Saenen in the Balham store was brilliant - understood what I needed and designed perfectly - and managed liaison with the fitter so I know I'm in safe hands - highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the quality of my units, worktop and an extractor fan. The Luna white units are beautiful, made with outstanding workmanship.

Furthermore, I want to say thank to Anika Chowdhury - Wimbledon for her outstanding service and professionalism. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed in helping me find the right merchandise.
She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her responsiveness, patience, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Margarita was our Magnet Kitchen designer who was fantastic and provided us with a great deal of help in choosing our kitchen design and fittings and answering all our questions.
We are really pleased with our fitted kitchen it looks lovely.
Margarita also recommended the builders who fitted the kitchen and carried out the additional building work to accommodate the new design. We were really pleased with their work.
Overall we have been very pleased with the service offered by Magnet Kitchens

Kitchen has been SUPERB – from start to finish. Have to say all went well with the installation, Nick was a great recommendation, and he has done a fantastic job for us. The only minor issue we had related to a hairline crack in the Belfast sink (which was not noticed until after the installation was effectively completed). Although it was totally genuine, and not noticed by anyone until afterwards, I have to say I was apprehensive as to whether this would be queried given the timing. However, it was confirmed it would be swapped and re-fitted without question...a mark of truly great customer service!

Therefore, we were incredibly impressed by the overall service offered by Magnet, and that all stemmed from our first meeting / consultation with Jon Allen in the Leicester branch last October. He was brilliant in his approach, offering specialist input and design advice (based on his extensive experience) and managed to the co-ordination of everything prior to installation.

Genuinely, we could not fault any step of the process!

I can't say that this experience was without problems. There were plenty. Mainly this was due to communication and over commitment on their part. The 5 day job took 30 days.
HOWEVER, they listened to me and the branch manager ROB, at LINCOLN branch was professional and empathetic throughout. If someone asked me if I would use Magnet again I would tell them yes. I think this experience was tainted with bad luck from the start and you can't really legislate for that. The kitchen is finished and it's an excellent standard. The fitter
(SDC JOINERY LTD) is excellent and his work is certainly of a very high standard.
3 stars is about right taking everything into account. It could have so easily been 5.

From design by Zoey Leach at the Preston branch to installation by Scot Taylor and his team everything went brilliantly. Zoey was great, she listened to what we wanted and that is what we got.
We would recommend Magnet Kitchens without hesitation and Zoey in particular
