After a large extension on our house, we visited many kitchen suppliers and found Magnet, at Branksome, super helpful. In particular, Belinda, who went far beyond the requirements of a Sales Executive. In truth, she was amazing. Her product knowledge, and patience, were second to none. I'd also like to mention Taylor as she, too, gave first class support. We would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again, in the future.

Terrible service from the start! If I could give zero stars, I would! No wonder it’s closing.

Marco and the team at Bournemouth Magnet were excellent. From our first visit to the showroom Marco helped us with our decisions and gave us helpful advice on our kitchen fit. The fitters were a pleasure to have in our home and were always bright and cheerful. Overall a great experience from start to finish with would thoroughly recommend Magnet Bournemouth. Thanks to everyone involved including the worktop guys!

I order kitchen spares as the Magnet units I have wall mounted failed and the doors fell off. No local outlet anymore, so went to one in Sale Greater Manchester. Response to enquiry slow, payment option not secure so had to pay in branch. Now one full month later nobody got in touch to update me on the order and collection. Very poor level of customer service so far.

I have just had my kitchen installed by the Magnet team in Banbury.
I have been very impressed with the design, quality of the units and the installation.
I was lucky to have a good designer who understood just what I wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble and queries dealt with very quickly and I felt supported through out, thank you Chris.
The installation went very well, there were extra jobs required. All done with great skill. I was kept updated throughout and any questions dealt with straight away. Thank you Lee for your skill, hard work, calmness and can do attitude.

We had a follow-up appointment today with Klaudia from Magnet - Plymouth. She was professional, knowledgeable & helpful throughout & listened carefully to our requirements for our new kitchen. A great experience so far. A+

It was awful to have someone confirm an appt in the morning for the afternoon only for them to ring two hours later and tell me they couldn’t come as they were being made redundant . Poor poor management . Poor staff hope they find somewhere else to work

Heard through the grapevine that the company has gone insolvent. Absolutely nothing on the company website, twitter, facebook etc....... very poor way to communicate

I dealt with Lloyd in the Swansea branch &his customer service skills, knowledge & support was outstanding!! Nothing was too much trouble, he was in touch with us frequently throughout the design process and went above and beyond to help us with layout, choice etc. His level of expertise was amazing.
He is an absolute credit to Magnet & can't recommend highly enough.

Ash of the Roche shop was fantastic at designing our kitchen. He helped accommodate all of our needs and I would highly recommend them.

Alex at the Rotherham store was incredibly helpful, he explained things clearly. He gave very clear advice about what might and might not work, without making me feel pressured to make a decision immediately. Through other renovations I accidentally damaged a bit of the kitchen and he has been really helpful in ordering the correct parts to repair the damage I caused

Update to my review.

Magnet are claiming that I arranged installation independently. The installation was arranged in their showroom by their kitchen designer. He found the installer, drew up a costing and schedule of works and the first time I met the installer their employee escorted him personally to my property. When I complained initially to Magent they sent the same installer back to my property. They are now not responding to my emails. They are legally responsible, so looks like I might have to resort to the small claims court.

The kitchen itself is great but the workmanship on the installation, especially the tiles could be much better. The work has not been completed with due care and skill I purchased the kitchen and full installation / project management from the Sutton (London) branch. There has been absolutely no quality control from them. I would expect that for the price the designer, or somebody else, should have come out to check the work. The tiles have not been sealed. I'm having my bathroom tiled by a specialist tiler and he said it looked like it had been done by someone who has never been done tiles before. before. They damaged my lounge wall during delivery. The installer came back to repair it but has done a botch job. He filled in the holes and slapped paint over it that doesn't even match what's on there. On the corners of the units there are rough edges which he told me he could do nothing about. I think the basic problem is that they used a builder who in his own words "Does everything." You really need specialist tilers, kitchen unit fitters, plumbers etc to do the job properly. I paid a lot of money (£10k) for the kitchen and I didn't expect what to some extent looks like a DIY job. At the moment I would not recommend them and am considering how I am going to deal with them now. However, if they re do the work to an acceptable professional standard my rating may go up. I definitely don't want to have anything else to do with the installer and now he has had his one chance to rectify the problems I can refuse him under the Consumer Rights Act. They need to send somebody else

Ujjal is a great designer. He listened to our ideas and clearly explained the different products and options available within our budget. He also gave clear rationale for what wouldn't work in the space we have.

Ordered and planned a kitchen from Magnet, Haverfordwest.
A date was set for the template to measure up for the island June 22nd.
My builder started work beginning of June. The island isn’t now being fitted until July 13th. It should have been completed end of June.
The plans were mixed up, half the kitchen was missing , a delivery date for missing parts was arranged and again they haven’t turned up.
The guy who planned the kitchen missed out putting a washing machine in.
I didn’t realise myself until we started the kitchen. Then again I’m not a kitchen planner.
All the kitchen is on halt because of the missing units.
The bathroom was designed by leeks, awesome service, a few missing parts but was personally delivered by the planner on time.
