Please do not order from Magnetox, if there is an issue they will ignore all correspondence & block your email address.
If I could give this company zero stars I would, it is not the 1st time I have had issues. Previously they requested I remove my negative comment as they would make good, I removed the comment but making good never happened.
I have all previous correspondence including request to remove negative comment plus unanswered correspondence to new order to date.
I thought I would give Magnetox a second chance… big mistake!
Unfortunately I cannot explain what has happened as the issue has been handed over to be investigated.

I purchased and paid for a bracelet on 19th June. As of today, 8th August, I have not received my order nor have I received an answer to any of my emails sent.

I was given a Magnetox bracelet by my son for Christmas, when it arrived and I tried it on the fastener was faulty and I couldn't close it, so I sent e mail msg. to Magnetox regarding this as I liked the bracelet and didnt want a refund I wanted it fixed. I sent no less than 5 e mails regarding this and also posted the problems I was having with the bracelet on their website on at least 2 or 3 occasions. I then decided to fill in a form which I printed from their website and posted it to the address in Netherlands which was on the returns note with all details of what the problem was. I still to date have not had one reply to any of my communications with them and I am disgusted with their customer service.

Just received my bracelet only took 3 weeks to arrive and it’s great, I used the tool to make the adjustments and now proudly wearing it, I’m sorry that some reviews are very negative but my experience is great. Looking forward to a healthier feeling. Thank you so much

I would give them zero stars if I could, made an order, never received and status still says will email when order ready. Started charge back and they have unbelievabley said the product has been delivered to nominated address. They haven't even responded to emails asking where product is let alone having sent it. Do not trust this company. They just take your money and run.

Not able to leave zero stars. Ordered bracelet in April and had order confirmed. Nothing has arrived and, like others, they have failed to respond to my chasing e mails. Beware.

Ordered my bracelet in May received confirmation number everything seemed ok, when I didn’t get the bracelet on due date my emails were ignored..
eventually got an email stating problems within the system which have been rectified and my bracelet has been dispatched.
But alas 4wks on still no bracelet.

ZERO STARS FOR MAGNETOX

Extremely poor service from this company. I ordered a bracelet last April and nothing arrived by due date. Emails were being ignored for weeks until finally after persistent mailing and a negative review on Trustpilot (which was reported) I received a reply. Bracelet was shipped again (allegedly) once I removed the review, but no tracking number was given and yet again no bracelet was received by due date. Again emails were not replied to until I wrote yet another negative review on Trustpilot. I was offered a full refund on the condition that I remove the review. Refund was received and original review was deleted but this one stays! I have emails to back up everything. It looks like I`m not the only one with the same problems but at least I received my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET.

I ordered a bracelet 3 months ago, have received nothing. After numerous emails to "Celine" she sent me a response blaming Covid and saying she would send another one. Still nothing. How do I get my money back? I paid through PayPal.

I ordered a bracelet from this company on 10 May this year and have not received the item.
They send an email saying you can track your order using the order number, but don't put the order number in the email despite taking money from my PayPal account.
I have made numerous attempts to contact them through their website and sales emails and even through Celine Hoffman who's email address is listed on the order email.
Its now the middle of July and they haven't even replied to my emails never mind sent me the item I ordered.
By the look of things on here there are many people who have been victims of the same scam.

Do not buy from this company - we placed an order two months ago and still have not received or head back from them after contacting them a number of times - avoid at all costs

Have received my bracelet and am very happy. Very stylish and I'm hoping that it will help somewhat with my anxiety. Took a long time to arrive but customer service was very good and they replied quickly..highly recommended

I ordered a men's bracelet over 7 weeks ago, to date nothing has arrived. When I contacted the company they said that it had possibly been lost in the post. Prior to this no despatch confirmation had ever been sent, no tracking number. I was advised that another item would be sent, this was over 15 days ago and still nothing. I have sent two more messages to the company both of which have been ignored, a pay pal dispute has now been opened. I would not recommend this company to anyone, poor customer service, no proof of despatch, no bracelet. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement.
