UPS Mail Innovations in Carrollton Texas losing or stealing pkgs…

I had to give a star to write review, but 1 star is more than what’s deserved. Gap shipped my order on May 4. The pants and top were shipped from different locations but both wound up in Carrollton, TX. They then “disappeared”. It seems there are multiple complaints about UPS Mail Innovations as well as this particular location in Carrollton, TX. They are either mistakenly losing a lot of shipments or purposely losing them. Just highly suspicious that 2 pkgs. w/ different tracking numbers both get “lost” at this Carrollton facility at the same time.

UPS Mail Innovations is horrendous…

UPS Mail Innovations is an absolutely terrible shipping service. I don’t understand why merchants use them. Imagine putting so much care and marketing into a product to then ship it out with this garbage. We have lost many packages via Mail Innovations. Delays are common, and tracking information is completely useless. Do yourself a favor and inquire if this service is being used by your merchant prior to placing an order, it may save you frustration.

The WORST thing to happen to package delivery

One star is too many. This "service" consistently makes my packages late or lost. I am almost ready to quit ordering things online because of the inconvenience. It's easier to drive 30 minutes to the nearest store than to wait...and wait...and hope that they somehow get it to the post office.

Awful

Awful. UPS should be ashamed for even offering such a slow, unreliable service. Yes, we all know 'why' they offer this garbage, always about the money, but there's never been a good thing said about it, not ever. And that's because it's a terrible service, period.

Terrible mail service is ongoing

Terrible mail service is ongoing. Most recent order from J Jill order was sent 10 days ago and finally delivered today, 3/31/25. The lateness and route taken makes no sense. Very frustrating and disappointing. Sadly a good company has cheaped out plus who is holding "Mail innovations" accountable? Apparently no one nor do they care, otherwise this substandard company and service would have substantially improved OR closed. Bottom line is that good retailers do NOT use this mail service.

Absymal service

Absymal service. My package was in limbo for almost two weeks before I called the sender to ask for a refund, since it wasn’t in the USPS system. UPS then routed the package to my regional office 200 miles away. It showed up eventually, but in the future I plan to give a wide berth to ANY business using UPS Mail Innovations.

This service is TERRIBLE

This service is TERRIBLE! My small package has been sitting in their facility for over a week with no movement. Every day the update tells me it will arrive by 7 PM.

I ordered an item on 12/28/24

I ordered an item on 12/28/24. It's now Jan 1/9/25. My mail has been from 45 minutes from me, to 5 hours away from me, and to Knoxville Tn TWO TIMES! This is the worst experience I've ever had with Sweetwater, because of the pathetic mail service they have chosen to use. I've stopped looking at tracking updates, because I only get angry when I see the mail either not moving, or moving AWAY FROM me!

Terrible Partnership

I do not know why UPS gives themselves a bad name by teaming up with USPS. I always groan when I see Mail Innovations is involved with my package. When it goes between UPS and USPS, it always seems to be in limbo for a week and neither company can tell me where my package is. And then when it starts moving again, who knows where it will go. It can move from the state I'm in, to another state, and then back to my state before I get it. The worst partnership in the history of partnerships. I never want a business to fail, but this one needs to. For the good of everyone.

No movement for over 2 weeks

My package departed a UPS facility in NJ on 12/24/24 going to a USPS facility about 10 minutes from it and today is 1/8/25 and it has still not arrived. There has been no movement. These facilities are only about 40 minutes from me. The company that I ordered from is having to send out another order. I don't know why anyone would use this shipping method. Very very poor.

I WOULD GIVE MAIL INNOVATIONS A NEGATIVE -500 STARS. MY PACKAGE ARRIVED AT MY HOME TOWN (less than five miles from my home) IT ARRIVED FRIDAY AT 3:33 AM SAID IT WOULD BE AT
MY HOUSE SATURDAY.
Saturday said it would be at my house Sunday, Sunday said it would be at my house Monday, Monday said it would be at my house Tuesday,
TUESDAY (today 1/07/25) SAID ITLL BE AT MY HOUSE WEDNESDAY…..
IT LEFT ISSAQUAH, THEN HANDED OFF TO REDMOND HANDED OFF TO SEATTLE.
I’d keep going if I knew I wouldn’t take my iPhone and smash it into somebody’s face then plant it into their skull……

Similar experience as everyone else

I am awaiting a package from Texas. It left Rossford OH on way to USPS on Dec 27, and there has been no sign of it since. No updates. Rossford is 90 min away. I could have walked there by now. It is absolutely terrible. I cannot believe that UPS would use this service.

Sat in same spot for 9 days

Horrible experience. Package ordered on 12-14 was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. Package sat there for 9 days with no movement. Christmas has come and gone and still no package.

We have an online business

We have an online business. This company is used by our Vendor. From create a label, to scanning it can take over 2 weeks to get the product. Absolutely the worst shipping option. This company has caused a great amount of headaches for us and customers. We have had refund several customers due to excessive time to get products. This is an ongoing issue for months.

A complete JOKE

Same, same....Partzilla in Georgia to Tennessee. Says it went to Smyrna TN on the 18th and to my city on the 19th awaiting receipt by USPS.
My local USPS as of the 24th and the 28th has no record of it in their system, said it may not had ever been shipped, contacted Partzilla and made them refund my purchase after the joke of conversation with customer service after paying for priority mail shipping but getting this nonsense from UPS Mail Innovation....
It's not just stop buying from companies using this service, but make them refund the order when it sits for days in one spot, THEN they’ll stop using it.

Still waiting.....

I have 2 packages from different vendors sitting in the Urbancrest Ohio facility apparently not moving. Should have been to me days ago. Terrible. It's almost 2025 and this is the best in delivery logistics that they can do? I am ashamed for them.

I have two packages that have been sitting in Ohio for over a week not moving. No one seems to know when or if they will be delivered before Christmas. They aren't even sure if they are in Ohio. This shipping partnership is a joke and an insult to the the people who trust UPS and the USPS.
