The quality of the product is excellent but, as I see it, the customer service needs yet a lot of improvement. I had a doubt regarding my order and no one replied neither to my emails nor to my phone calls (to the Italian number indicated in the website which seems not in service).
I got a reply when I contact the company through Facebook (no replies neither from IG).

beautiful lingerie and hassle-free returns
I discovered Maison Close at a local lingerie boutique and was immediately taken with the designer's work. Given my size and how the lingerie fits, I decided to make my purchase through their website. However, I found the site challenging to navigate, particularly when searching for the Thong Body - Inspiration Divine bodysuit. Instead, I impulsively purchased the Bodystring lace veil - Inspiration Divine bodysuit.
While the shipping was impressively swift and the packaging was exquisite, unfortunately, the piece did not suit me as hoped. The neck and armpit sleeves fit awkwardly, and the veil did not complement my smaller chest. Despite my disappointment with this item, the return process was straightforward and free of charge, though the instructions on the website were somewhat difficult to locate.
Overall, I rate the experience 5 stars for the beautiful lingerie and the hassle-free returns for impulse purchases.

Maison-Close Package held (stuck) in US Customs
I have purchased items in the past without issue. Their product is great - IF you can get it through your Country's customs. My recent purchase (491USD), is being held in US customs due to a paperwork issue. This package has been in a Philadelphia, PA for 14 days. The shipper (UPS) has attempted to contact Maison-Close on multiple occasions in an attempt to resolve the paperwork issues. To date, Maison-Close hasn't responded to their e-mails. I've contacted Maison-Close [also] with no response. I will continue to attempt to communicate with Maison-Close until UPS sends the package back to France. If you choose shop at Maison-Close and do not reside in France, do so with the understanding that IF you ever receive your merchandise, you'll probably like what you receive. But what good is selling great merchandise, if the consumer cannot get the package through customs if issues arise due to a lack of effort by Maison-Close.
