Browsing in my local store
Nice to be able to browse in the store with a very helpful member of staff who also carried my purchases to the car. Managed to find most of the wines I was looking for. Some good offers and I also had 10% off which was welcomed.

The Christchurch store is A+
The Christchurch store is always week-stocked and staff are always on form! Great advice and suggestions, ready share deals and offer a welcome quick taste test on the wines of the week.
Usually recognised on entry, it’s easy and convenient to shop here, parking is easy and I’ve been helped to the car multiple times.

Expert, Efficient and Friendly Staff
I recently visited the Guildford store to purchase some wine for an event. I know nothing about wine and was very grateful for the expert advice I received from Hannah. She picked all the wines I needed, and then another member of the team got them boxed up to be delivered to me on the day of my event. They were both very efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Been shopping at Beckenham branch for a number of years- the team in there are helpful polite knowledgeable and deliver great levels of customer service

I love Majestic Sonning. Really good wines at a sensible price (better value than supermarkets). Friendly knowledgeable staff, always great with recommendations. Delivery as an option if we’re busy. Would recommend!

You stock some beautiful Italian wines that my wife and I like. They are not too costly and they are some of the best wines available at your stores. You staff are very helpful, and friendly. Very well managed at Birkdale, easy to get about and very well stocked. Getting e mails that help get us a discount. Majestic is our best shop for wines and beers

You stock a great range
You stock a great range, meaning i can often find wines i have heard of but not seen on sale elsewhere from the region I am interested in/know more about.
I can also be tempted by wines from elsewhere which, as I have resolved to buy 6 or 12 bottles, I can slip an experimental couple in with those I know or think I know, thereby broadening horizons.
The price range is good too, excellent £10 bottles for everyday drinking to much more prestigious (or pretentious?) for a special occasion.
Staff are always extremely helpful, though they cannot be expected to have an intimate knowledge of every wine I've always found them to know something about almost every bottle, and their recommendations have always proved good.
