I have given up trying to order online.
Your 10% etc offers never work, even your very helpful Guildford staff struggle on the phone.
If I was CEO I would sack all your techies and start again.
KISS Keep it Simple Stupid.

Staff member offered a personal recommendation as a suitable substitute when they didn't have stock of the one I wanted; my 10% discount offer (in date) didn't work so a staff member applied it manually; there's always a treat behind the counter for our dog Rita; love the sample crisps by the till.

Firstly there was a 10% code so it’s always worth taking a look to see if any of my favourites sold by Majestic are available at my Ayr store, it is my nearest store and even though they are 66 miles away I can always trust the staff, order what I want and it be delivered safely on the day they say they will. Although on this occasion there were two choices that were not available.

Staff in my local shop are very helpfull and know what wines I like also very knowledgable

I can only review the Dorking branch as that is where I make my purchases. I have always found them helpful and responsive. A case in point: I placed an order over the Internet on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday afternoon into my garage as requested in the delivery instructions.

Great website easy to use picked my order great bonus of 10% off phone call that told me they would deliver the next day did just that great service

There is a wide variety of wines which means you can browse and find wines you haven't tried before.
The staff in Ludlow are excellent, knowledgeable, helpful and can always tell you where to find a particular wine

I placed two orders on their website one for friends anniversary and the service I received has been second to none!! Jason the manager at Barnet rang to check one of my orders to see if I wanted it sent to my friends and I said no but just the attention to detail was amazing. And I’ve called the branch at Barnet twice today and the staff there deserve praise and recognition for the service they provide. As the wine I ordered we found when were in Spain The Guv’nor and brought 10 bottles back as it’s an amazing wine and extremely cheap but despite the price at Majestic Wine and they’re the only supplier we will definitely coming back either in store or online!! Thank you to all at Barnet store.

Excellent range of wines and first class delivery service

Good website with choice to use local store. Good descriptions of wines which are clear. Appreciate the customer rating as I do take this into account.
Have enjoyed a number of the Definition range so think these are well judged.
Used local delivery as well as Main courier and both have been excellent. Plenty of communication and good delivery time.

Great choice of wines, really helpful staff, great people to deal with!

Majestic offer some nice wines at competitive prices. We like the red Gathering Storm, Toast and Honey Cabernet and the Guvnor mainly. We have tried others but we prefer these three.

I really like Majestic Godalming. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure to shop there. There is a good choice of wines and the prices are competitive.

Appalling service from Majestic Wines Southampton.
I ordered three bottles of Chateau neuf du pape at £29 per bottle as a gift for my brother’s birthday. Only one bottle (without packaging) and the gift card was delivered. If my sister in law hadn’t thought to question it with me I wouldn’t have known £58 worth of wine had not been delivered. Luckily she was able to supply doorbell video footage of the delivery.
I contacted Majestic Wines HQ who then emailed the Southampton branch. I had to chase up my complaint the next day and they then chased it up with the Southampton branch. Eventually the remaining two bottles (no packaging) were delivered. There was no explanation or apology. My nephew had to supply the delivery man with a pen before he could sign to say he had received the delivery. I would never trust the Southampton branch with another order again. Their HQ customer services were very professional and helpful hence 2 stars instead of one.

The selection of wine is fantastic and so are the staff, really helpful, a real pleasure to shop at Majestic Wine.

Good quality wine at a competitive price . Good website , good delivery system.
Bit frustrating prices go up and down. I have bought a lot and whilst I like to vary a bit I buy core product such as Guigal cdr, Bread and butter pinot etc and would like consistent pricing
