Superb! Successful & Honest!

Company is based up North, I am from Somerset, South West.

Olivia Ball and Kai Blackburn have continuously kept me updated the past year during Drink-Driving crash.

From Start to finish they knew what they were doing and in the end didnt have to attend court and no further action taken.

Considering CPS had Urine sample CCTV & Witnesses i was astonished they would get me off and THEY DID.

A big Thank you and congratulations to Olivia Ball and Kai Blackburn for there hardwork & wish them all the best!! :))

Just wanted to say a big thank you to MAJ Law for all the hard work they put into my case. Everyone was really respectful, easy to deal with, and made the whole process a lot less stressful.

A special thanks to Osian and Lilly – both were brilliant throughout, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

I’d definitely recommend MAJ Law if you need legal help. Really trustworthy and professional. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate!

Thanks again for everything 😊

Honest Assessment

I phoned regarding totting up offences and spoke to Tom - straight away I got a feeling that I could completely trust him and the advice, as it was honest and forthright about my chances in the case. There was no pressure to proceed with them and I felt as if I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision - they will 100% be my first call for any further issues and I would advise anyone to speak with them based on my interactions.

Disappointed and total let down

After signing up MAJ law to handle my mobile phone offence. The information provided on the initial call and on youtube is misleading. Despite numerous call and repeatedly promised a follow up call, i was constantly ignored with vague excuses. Either in a meeting or at lunch. For a mobile phone offence, it will always be officers word even without any video evidence. The barrister advice me to plead guilty, if I did not and the magistrate do find me guilty then a new date would have to be set to hear the hardship case which would cost another court fee. The barrister had no physical documents no show the magistrate. To be honest MAJ law did not have a lot to do, apart from taking the initail fee and getting a third party solicitor. Best to represent yourself plead guilty and fight the hardship case. Take all phsyical documentation.

Spoke with Tom this morning after a horrible past few hours for myself. He was very kind & willing to listen to my side of the story, the feedback & advice which he gave me was priceless! I have been struggling so bad with my mental health & just a few minutes with a good person on the other phone I’ve got the smile on my face which I didn’t think I’d ever see again! So thanks Tom! Keep being you!

The Best Possible Outcome with M.A.J. Law

I am incredibly grateful to the team at M.A.J. Law for the outstanding result they achieved in my case. A special thanks to Jack Martin (Paralegal), who provided a truly professional service from start to finish. Jack’s communication was excellent, and his expertise was clear throughout the entire process. Seeing the prosecution issue a notice of discontinuance was the best possible outcome, and I couldn’t have asked for better representation. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of expert legal help.

I was charged with drug driving 3x limit

I was charged with drug driving 3 times the legal limit. Advice was to plead not guilty based on a medical defense.
Received a not guilty verdict at trial.
The whole team the solicitors, para-legal and the barrister all very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
Best in the field I highly recommend for any driving offences!

Lazy solicitor missed key points

Appointed MAJ in Oct '25, drug driving offence, court 16 Dec. Interviewed the accused and suggested a 'Not guilty' plea and took £3k. Despite attempts to discuss case, always too busy or always at dinner or in court, allegedly, and there was no contact from MAJ until 12 Dec, 4 days before court. Visited MAJ that afternoon. Solicitor said police had filled in paperwork correctly, only chance of success was if CPS didn't turn up or arrestng officer didn't turn up, but they had no data on either party to give any idea of chance of success. Pleaded guilty early. Arrived at court 30 mins before the case time. First thing their barrister asked was, " Why are you pleading guilty ? Police have not filled in Section 6A nor have they indicated that they advised the consequences of providing a blood sample. I have never seen this before (and as he'd only received the paperwork a couple of hours eatlier he did not have time to investigate)" We asked barrister how we should plead, he told us he would like to investigate further but no guarantee of winning, and it would cost us £4k to gamble. Cheesed off with the whole episode and being neglected, ignored then misinformed by MAJ a guilty pleas was submitted. Total waste of £3k, another firm would have charged £500 for the same (no) service. Lazy, I would have done a better job, more thorough, myself.

Hi Dave. We're slightly confused by the contents and timing of your review. We represented your daughter back in December 2025 and have not heard from you since then. You received contact from us on 21.10.25, 27.10.25, 04.11.25 and 09.12.25. We also held a lengthy in-person conference with you and your daughter on 12.12.25.You did not raise any concerns with our contact during this meeting. It was agreed that Lucy would be entering a not guilty plea at court.

When she arrived at court with the barrister is appears she changed her mind. We then gave Lucy the option of raising 'special reasons' to avoid the ban. She decided not to pursue this. I have copied below the contents of the barrister's attendance note:

"The client’s father asked about prospects of this argument. I explained that there is no precedent for this and it is difficult to give prospects... The client decided not to pursue this argument.

The client also mentioned that she consumed ketamine 3 days prior to driving. I explained how we can challenge the result and the procedure involved.

The client decided that she did not want to challenge the result either. She gave me instructions that she would like to enter a guilty plea. She mentioned that she believes that the pain medication could have impacted the result. I explained that we could run a special reasons argument.

The client informed me that she would not want to pursue a special reasons argument."

The barrister presented a number of legal arguments to assist Lucy in avoiding the ban. Lucy decided not to raise these arguments. Unfortunately, we cannot win a case for a client if they decide the plead guilty.

The barrister mitigated on Lucy's behalf and managed to secure the lowest possible penalty.

We are incredibly grateful to MJ Law…

We are incredibly grateful to MJ Law for the outstanding support they provided to our son during a very difficult time. Our Son was unwell and due to the circumstance, was arrested for being asleep in his car while over the limit. It was an extremely stressful and worrying situation for our family. From the very beginning, MJ Law, in particularly Jack Martin paralegal acted with professionalism sensitivity and genuine care. Their reassurance and expertise made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. Thanks to their thorough work and dedication, all charges were subsequently dropped.

Excelent advise and good understanding

I had previous contact with a different solicitor firm. Who gave more judgment on my circumstance than advice. I felt unjudged and more advised by Tom who I spoke to. Tom gave me more of a sense of direction in what steps to take next and if i have any further issues going forward in my case i will most definately be returning to him for his help.

HOW COULD YOU NOT GIVE THEM 5 STARS

I can not believe people are giving this firm anything less than 5stars,for me they where brilliant, they where straight talking, honest and told me how it is,I was in for a huge speeding offence and they told me I could have a chance of fighting it, but they also told me what could happen if the outcome went against me, Phoebe Bradshaw was my solicitor and she was amazing, keeping me upto date with the progress right upto my court date,in court I had James Findon representing me and he was superb, realizing there was a possible dupliserty that occurred on my route,he got together with the prosecutor and he agreed and the case was dismissed. The whole ordeal was terrifying to me, the thought of loosing my license was horrifying, but it was made so much better by far knowing MAJ LAW was in my corner.
