Schlechter Service bei Problemfällen
Water Wolf 2.0 kam defekt an (lässt sich nicht laden).
Das kann passieren allerdings erreicht man niemanden um einen Austausch zu bekommen.
Servicetelefon ist nicht besetzt, auf Nachricht auf AB reagiert niemand, für übermittelte Nachricht auf Serviceseite bekommt man keine Kopie und keine Antwort.
Shop ist schön aufgebaut und Preise sind günstig aber ich zahle lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein Produkt und habe einen Ansprechpartner falls etwas nicht klappt.
In diesem Fall muss ich die Kam anderweitig besorgen, da ich sie für einen Angeltrip benötige und keine 4 Wochen auf einen Antwort von Major Fish warten kann...
