Poor service

Poor service. I booked hotel room through MakeMyTrip. I paid the money in India and travel to UAE. When I went to the hotel, they did not find the credit. I tried calling the Call Center multiple times. No luck then I tried the chatbot again. No luck after that, I had to pay the hotel directly immediately. Sent an email to Makemytrip waited for 24 hours. No revert sent an escalation email after 10 hours, no revert. It is already 48 hours. Send email to the Ceo but still no revert. Not sure whether Company still functional very poor response to

Worst experience with “Make my Tripe”…

Worst experience with “Make my Tripe” they are scamming people. I tried to book flight ticket from Dubai to Islamabad. They charged me in same time and said wait for 60 minutes for booking confirmation, after 15-20 mins I received email stating that we couldn’t book your air ticket due to techie issue and payment will be refunded within 5-7 days. Which is totally scam. If they had any technical error, They should shut their portal and do not charge peoples without anything. No customer support, no WhatsApp number, no email response. Wait for your refund and do 1 thing.
1. Give negative reviews on all social media platforms.
2. Comment below all social media pages.
3. Report Their website.
4. Report instagram and Facebook pages.
5. Share experience on Your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp status.

Poor Customer Support & No Accountability

I had a very disappointing experience with both FabHotels and MakeMyTrip.

Despite facing serious issues during my hotel stay, FabHotels is now denying any refund, simply stating that “the stay was completed” and no complaint was raised at the time. This is completely unfair, as poor service does not become acceptable just because the stay was not canceled midway.

What is even more frustrating is their repeated use of copy-paste responses without addressing the actual concerns.

On the other hand, MakeMyTrip asked me to share my details via DM on Twitter. I sent all the required information twice, yet there has been absolutely no response from their side. This clearly reflects a lack of responsibility and poor customer support.

Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to be cautious while booking through these platforms, as customer issues are not handled seriously.

Fraud Fraud Fraud- I am writing to…

Fraud Fraud Fraud- I am writing to raise a formal complaint against MakeMyTrip regarding the refund of my cancelled flight ticket.

My ticket from Doha to Mumbai (PNR No: CTNDEE) was cancelled on 1st March due to regional issues. As confirmed by Air India, the full refundable amount of INR 8,045 was processed and refunded on 5th March.

However, MakeMyTrip has provided incorrect and misleading information stating that only INR 6,045 is being refunded by the airline, which clearly indicates a discrepancy of INR 2,000. Additionally, MakeMyTrip has been repeatedly claiming that they have not yet received the refund from the airline, even after more than three weeks have passed.

Upon directly checking with Air India, it has been confirmed that the refund was already processed on 5th March, which contradicts the information being provided by MakeMyTrip. This reflects a lack of transparency and raises serious concerns regarding their handling of customer funds.

It is extremely disappointing that, despite the situation involving regional instability, the matter has not been handled responsibly. Such practices give the impression that customers are being misled and unnecessarily delayed in receiving their rightful refunds.

I request the following:

Immediate clarification on the refund discrepancy.

Full refund of the pending amount of INR 2,000 without further delay.

A clear explanation for the delay and incorrect information provided.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the consumer forum and relevant authorities for further action.

This is not an isolated concern, as there appear to be multiple similar complaints regarding delayed or incomplete refunds, which is highly concerning.

I look forward to your immediate response and resolution.

I wish I had seen the reviews before using crap, useless scam of a platform. The customer service does not exist! No response on the app, email or whatsapp. Have been trying for 3 days now. And no phone number to reach them. Stay away people from this company.

This experience has completely discouraged me from using this platform again in the future.

My experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. I have been struggling for the past week trying to contact customer care, but all I get is an automated AI response with no real support. I urgently need to change my booking date, yet there is no proper way to speak to a real person.

This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The system is unhelpful, frustrating, and wastes a lot of time. I never expected such poor customer support when making a booking. It feels like there is no responsibility towards customers once the booking is done.

I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Dear MakeMyTrip Team,

This is a further reminder regarding my unresolved complaint for Booking PNR – K5IRUF.

Despite sending several emails and reminders, I regret to inform you that there has been no clear response or resolution from your side. I have also made repeated calls to the MakeMyTrip customer support team, and the total call duration has already exceeded more than 400 minutes, which clearly shows the extent of follow-up required from my side just to seek a resolution.

During these calls, I was informed by your team that the convenience charges would be refunded, however the same is still pending and has not been credited yet. Additionally, there has been no response from your side regarding the compensation for the inconvenience caused, despite the matter being escalated multiple times.

Further to this, I also reported a suspicious call from mobile number 8679438479, where the caller claimed to be from the MakeMyTrip Senior Escalation Team and mentioned that the refund would be processed through an SBI / ICICI voucher code, which appears unusual and raises concerns regarding possible fraud. I had clearly informed the caller that refunds should be processed to the original mode of payment, as per standard practice.

It is extremely disappointing that even after reporting such a matter, there has been no clarification or update from your side.

i had written more than 40 mail to make my team, more tham 60 calls, talk time is more than 400 minutes.

please help to get the refund for the mmt fraud and harrasment money, as we need to raise the voice else lot of people will become the victims of it.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip regarding a cancelled flight to Calicut. The airline cancelled the flight and confirmed that the full refund was processed. However, MakeMyTrip deducted service charges twice, totaling AED 67, which is completely unjustified since the cancellation was not initiated by me.

Additionally, there was an unnecessary delay in processing the refund. I had to wait more than 7 days, even though the airline had already refunded the amount earlier. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly stated they were still waiting for the airline’s refund, which was incorrect. Only after I informed them that I had received confirmation from the airline did they respond properly and promise a refund within 24–48 hours.

This experience reflects poor transparency, incorrect information from customer support, and unfair deductions. I expect a full refund without any service charge deductions in such cases. Overall, very dissatisfied with the handling of this issue.

Fraud. Never book tickets from here.

I canceled within 24 hours (DOT policy should mean a full refund), but their portal showed a huge deduction. Support first promised a full refund and said I’d get an email in 6 hours—nothing came. Next day they said the ticket was “not applicable” with no clear reason, and they didn’t even cancel the ticket after my request.

Singapore Airlines said it depends on the agent. I canceled another booking via Kayak within 24 hours and got a full refund, so this should have been handled the same. Avoid.

In this time of geopolitical unrest

In this time of geopolitical unrest, this shameful company makemy trip is taking advantage of customers by not granting the refund when airlines have already advise them to make full refund of gulf affected flights, they dont have any email id or other medium for customer to contact them except the customer care number where they dont care about customer and every new agebt comes and start with new story but no refund and if you follow aggresively they will disconnect ur calls or keep ur calls on hold for several minutes and then eventually will get disconnected are their company senior management reading these reviews or they are also cheating the people like their team, pathetic and worst site

Completely distrustful website

I have booked cab from Hazarat Nizamuddin railway station to Nainital trip dated 14.03.2026
This cab was cancelled because driver was not picking the call nor cab come to station to pickup.
I was with my family members 3 of them are Senior Citizen and we was waiting for cab since 4:40 AM . This was worse experience of my life due to this we reached our next destination 4 hours delayed , this make whole my trip disturbed .
