Used their sendon service in Germany. UPS delivered the product to the hub according the address MaltaPost provided. 13 days ago…, since there is no trace of the package and of course they don’t help neither on phone nor email. Literally 0 information comes from them. They simple stole a package worth 300 euro and you cannot do anything in 2022..
THIEFS. in last 2 months 3 parcels were sent to me from 3 different countries. all came damaged with items missing!!! bravo Malta, the best at stealing!!!
I am waiting for a small parcel from the UK which was despatched 19 days ago - still no sign of it. Prior to which I have received parcels months after I ordered them. In addition to this, some parcels have not reached me at all. I'm sure parcels don't magically disappear into the ether, somewhere along the line they go missing (not sure if some get stolen). I am appalled by the service, oh sorry, what service ? A decent service means each letter and/or parcel reaches the address it has been sent to. I'm afraid this service is slack and certainly not to be trusted. Very dissatisfied customer, and I'm sure that like me, there are countless others.
The courier who attempted to deliver my package decided to play a game of ring and run and left without even writing their name on the ‘missed delivery’ slip, they didn’t even bother writing the time of delivery and the date looked scribbled out. Been chasing after MaltaPost for a redelivery as they’re site isn’t allowing me to book that in myself, please note this isn’t free and has around a €3.50 charge.
After speaking to one of their representatives (Nicholas) I was told this would be looked into and after 2 days I’ve now received my final notice stating that if I don’t pick this up myself my package will be sent back and marked as ‘unclaimed’.
This is a bloody joke. Wished 0 stars was an option so I could chose it, you guys don’t even deserve 1 star.
My letter was missing and they take no responsibility for this.. they said maybe they put it in the wrong address and sorry.. you should shut down if you can’t even do your job properly.. really sorry to say this.. but they’re so much unorganized and careless
After covid started they have become very inefficient and carless!

They are scammers beware, they steal all packages, my parcel sent to Malta has been in transit for 2 months now. Avoid sending parcels there !
Possibly the worst customer support i have ever witnessed. I mean there is plethora of support tickets i had through the years, from delays, to poor service, rude behavior at their branches etc.
But the last straw was this week - i requested information about a registered package to EU, since the package was underway for more than 45 days already, just to have to wait another 10 days for a response...Are you kidding me?
3 package sent out and 3 claims won by the eBay customer because the package is not arrived in UK after 30 days! Yes I choose the expensive insured option and yes they say that will arrive in 5 business days. I am thinking to open a company to deliver to U.K. , that is the only way that I am sure things will be happening.
40 day delay on a 12 day policy and they just charge you like they delivered on time. This happened on more than 1 parcel
It takes around a month to get a small package delivered, even if registered delivery. This of course if it arrives in the first place. This is Pathetic. Can only track the item in the UK then it disappear into the void. Malta is 20 years behind the rest of Europe. Service is generally poor and they will certainly not be going out of their way to help you. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service. It is a beautiful island but they need to modernize.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! I contacted a week ago due to not being able to pay for custom fees for a parcel from the uk. I received two emails requesting payment and I click the link which takes me to the tracking page where there is supposed to be a button next to the tracking saying pay charges, THERE IS NO PAY CHARGES BUTTON IVE TRIED ON MULTIPLE PHONES AND COMPUTERS just to make sure, then today I get a phone call basically calling me a liar saying there is a button when there clearly is not I have a screenshots to prove it !! Waste of time no resolution today was the last day to pay so now it will be sent back because of your incompetent staff can't listen to what I'm saying or don't believe me
Only my 2nd time using Maltapost sendon service. I purchased 2 items from Amazon.de. They signed for both items from DHL. They only processed 1 item and the other they have lost. No one wants to help!! Going into 2 weeks now. Don't use

Useless Service by useless employees
There is no tracking facility for packages so there is no way of finding out when parcel will arrive.
MaltaPost does not deliver to your door. If you are ill or cannot leave your apartment they will not deliver to your door. This is a sick company with employees who just don’t care.
Bought an item on eBay on 4 Dec. Posted express delivery, trackable, signed for on 9 Dec, but still not received. No tracking information either. I won't buy an item posted via MaltaPost again.
Non-existent customer service, packages and letters keep getting lost, and nobody's responsible for anything. Not sure if I've ever seen any more incompetent facility.
I've had to complain several time in recent years. I used to get excellent service but the proportion of Maltapost staff who don't give a damn is increasing exponentially. Management is clearly incompetent.
Utterly terrible, not only do they loose your parcel they are almost completely uncontactable, and if you are one of the lucky few to get a response it will be worthless. Tie you parcel to a pigeon and hope for the best!
Ordered a buscard, and they somehow managed to deliver it to someone else.
When I asked them to figure out where it is, they wanted a fee to investigate it.

Had a package coming from Denmark. Should be my christmas present from the folks back home. Left the country on the 5th of December. Haven't shown up yet, and it is the 20th now. Waiting for them to answer, but I'm fairly certain they lost that one aswell.
