I trust MWB with my devices; it is so far the best antivirus and malware app I've used (and this for years now). Plus their customer service / tech support is also excellent. I use it on our MacBook Pros and an iPhone. Highly recommended!

I have found Malwarebytes to be fair and very easy to use. I really like it running in the background without silly notices or bothersome reminders- it just works.

With so many threats, and new ones popping up every day, I think it is critical to have protection and coverage for a variety of issues. I was really happy that I could include my family member on my membership because he is less aware of the dangers that come with being online. Their service is fast and I have relied on them to assist me several times. I hope new products are being created by Malwarebytes to help us with all the fake AI scams that are becoming more prevelant.

It's a very customer-focused, professional, and reliable company. The cost is reasonable, considering that a single subscription protects three devices. The scans are programmable and easy to understand. Subscribing to the email account helps you learn about online scams and thus protect yourself further.
The support team is very responsive and doesn't let customers go before the problem is resolved. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because the links they send you to for troubleshooting are very complicated for Macs and take a lot of time. Otherwise, I couldn't do without it.

Malwarebytes Has Protected my PC and via Mom's Accounts as well, WE are Very HAPPY with MALWAREBYTES Protections from Email to Downloads on our Cellphones, Tablets and PC's from Spam's, Fraud's and Malicious Websites and any other Dangerous Places. Even I am using them to Clear out my Name, Address and other Information's off the DARK WEB. I would give them the BEST Anti-Spam, ANTI-everything AWARD! 10/10 STARS

The main reasons I like this company is reputation and excellent support services. Never had an issue that was not resolved within minutes of contacting them.

I was unable to cancel myMalwarebytes app. So I must cancel using my credit card. I huge hassle.

First off, their customer service is tremendous. Secondly they keep you on top of what's happening and the latest issues that could be affecting your phone or your electronic devices. Had them for about 5 months and so far they're excellent.

I had a new chrome book found it difficult to install. But the assistant on the phone when I finally got to speak to someone was really excellent patient and helpful . She guided me through the process so I am happy with the product now

I've shared my results with my friends, and we also added it to the computers in a church office! As a person who has been hacked in the past, I'm happy to say I feel SAFE with Malwarebytes!

Way to many ads!!!!! Too complicated to understand what is covered on how many computers. Most users don't understand all the computer stuff. Just say how much, how long is coverage, how many computers under this plan, how to easily add different computers. There may be more things I question, but I don't have the time right now to continue.

Malwarebytes stands out from the rest by not just searching for Malware but also stopping direct hits from malicious sites before they can do real harm. I have used it for many years now and the yearly fee has changed very little. We also use it on each of our Samsung smartphones with a version downloaded from Google Play. That cost is also very reasonable.
I also like the monthly reports and articles of interest Malwarebytes sends to us. On malicious sites Malwarebytes shows a screen with a serious warning to encourage users to not proceed to that site,
Malwarebytes works well with Windows 11 Defender software. I am a very happy user of this program :-)

I've been a Malwarebytes user for a long time, and a Premium subscriber since 2015. Malwarebytes has kept me from worry about viruses and malware on both my desktop and my laptop.

Last week, my daughter clicked a link for a website that she thought was sent to her by a friend. It was a ransomware attack, and she had the foresight to shut down her computer and disconnect the internet connection. We uploaded Malwarebytes from a usb drive, and installed it, and we were able to clear the malware and upgrade her to Premium after I added her computer to my license. Malwarebytes immediately went to work, quarantining the website and helping us to remove all traces of the malware from the computer.

I can't imagine going online without Malwarebytes working quietly and seamlessly in the background.

One of the best apps I have used to protect my PC from the shenanigans that can occur on the internet. A must-have for anybody serious about protecting themselves from online threats!

It protects my phones, tablet, etc and prevents all harmful malware getting through e.g. scams, nuisance calls, fraud and warns me by messages me if a site is suspect.

Well it took a great deal of effort to get my answer. I had to learn how to navigate the process. Began with a chatbot, which I doubted could handle my question. And I was right: kept repeating and clarifying, offering evidence that was right on their product page. Come on! You should have the answer! And finally mentioned that I would purchase elsewhere if they couldn't give me the information. Bingo! They would LOVE to help me now. Regurgitated a ticket and within the next few hours gave me the answer I had sought. Now why the stonewalling? The chatbot sure understood an imminent defection when I brought up a competitor to their attention. MWB is a good product, been using it for years. Don't understand why the stubbornness, the lazy chatbot who DOES understand when MWB's bottom line is being threatened.
