Celeste has been absolutely incredible through and through! We unfortunately had a logistics issue on our side meaning I had to change our wall tiles mid project. Celeste sent me suggested alternatives, helped with advice and expediting sample deliveries for me and was amazing helping to arrange the return at the same time as the new delivery! Absolutely amazing customer service at a super stressful time, can’t say Thankyou enough!

Lovely tiles and good delivery. Not yet fixed to walls and floor but I’m sure we will be well pleased when they are.

Really happy with the tiles. None arrived broken, there were some hair line cracks through the vein of marble which my tiler warned were more prone to breakage but we managed to work around that, and I think it’s just the nature of marble. Everything arrived quickly and the delivery guys were lovely.

I called with an urgent requirement and they were really helpful in finding a solution. Tiles arrived as promised. Thank you

Firstly, I’d like to thank Claire and her team in Exeter for all the continued support and expertise that they have given us!! As we move along slowly renovating our house, the time and patience spent with us has been invaluable. The samples and advice are always spot on and so far the finished work is everything we wanted. Only 2 more rooms to go!!

Loved the tiles.
The state they were delivered in was disappointing, as was lack of response to concerns raised about this. In short, tiles were delivered on broken pallets. Unable to check condition of tiles as they remain boxed. Asked if broken tiles would be replaced if damaged in transit and had no reply.

Tile sealer purchased was just the right size to seal my bathroom floor tiles. Easy to apply and no smell.

Well done basically, excellent communication from when I placed the order and the driver managed to deliver the stone slabs really well considering we have a narrow lane and steep drive. Highly recommend👍👍👍

Orders online and needed a few extra tiles (a couple broke during fitting) The delivery costs were higher than the tiles! Had to be pallet delivered.

Fiona (Harpenden) helped me select just the right flooring tiles for our kitchen and hallway. It was after a flood in our home and I had to choose flooring with limited time and a specified budget. Excellent company. A wonderful selection of very unique tiles and bathroom furniture and we had excellent service from their Cheltenham Store.

Celeste was absolutely brilliant in helping to secure the order. The communication was professional, prompt and personalised. Without this, I would have been forced to go elsewhere. The delivery was great and of course the tiles are beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Our first ever experience of Mandarin Stone, Harrogate has been fantastic. My husband and I had a fairly clear idea of what we were looking for to complete our bathroom renovation however we were extremely grateful of the guidance and advice provided by Isabel. She totally understood our brief and pulled together a selection of tiles for us to consider. It was also incredibly helpful to be shown a selection of 'real life' installation photos. After leaving the store with a few samples, Isabel also e-mailed me further images of installations featuring our selected tiles. We were delighted to return to the store later that day to place our final order. Communication throughout has been prompt and clear. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mandarin Stone - First class service from start to finish!
