Our first ever experience of Mandarin Stone, Harrogate has been fantastic. My husband and I had a fairly clear idea of what we were looking for to complete our bathroom renovation however we were extremely grateful of the guidance and advice provided by Isabel. She totally understood our brief and pulled together a selection of tiles for us to consider. It was also incredibly helpful to be shown a selection of 'real life' installation photos. After leaving the store with a few samples, Isabel also e-mailed me further images of installations featuring our selected tiles. We were delighted to return to the store later that day to place our final order. Communication throughout has been prompt and clear. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mandarin Stone - First class service from start to finish!

We received great advice in the Weybridge showroom, helping us find some beautiful Moroccan style kitchen tile samples, and were given a number of samples to take home. After deciding, the tiles arrived within days, and were all intact, and look beautiful on the wall, with the antique white grout accompanying them.

Choice of tiles and display at Cardiff store was good, quality and something different.
Michelle was most helpful in our tile choice and providing suggested Tile fitters list.
A&C tilers the very talented Andrew and Carwyn provided great service.
Only negative is having to pay £45 delivery as you cannot collect from store , collection is available from Monmouth

Really pleased with our new tumbled Dijon limestone floor, no broken tiles in >50 sq m of floor. Both deliveries (we got outside tiles as well) were excellent with careful & courteous delivery drivers. The showroom recommended the grout colour (almond) and I’m so glad we went with it - looks really classy and hopefully shouldn’t be too difficult to keep clean!

I came into the Wilmslow store a few weeks ago and was greeted by Amanda. I had a number of different projects that I wanted tile samples for and Amanda was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist! highly recommend.

It’s such a pity. I would love to give this store a 5* review because of the quality of their tiles and education around how to take care of them and lay them! But their delivery system is an absolute nightmare… especially if you live in downtown London…

The last set of tiles ordered came in huge pallets and a wooden crate put together with a nail gun almost impossible to discard of. A size that was completely unnecessary and half empty. One tile was chipped.

Additionally it’s always a curbside delivery (meaning they won’t bring up the tiles to your flat) something you can’t even add on by paying extra…

Arrived as promised. Good quality product. Roadside delivery a bore.

Simply, fabulous products and outstanding customer service. Particular mention for Amy who went above and beyond overseeing my order during a house move. Started renovations and I wouldn’t buy my tiles from anywhere else now! Bathroom tiles looks amazing.

The quality of the tiles was outstanding, well worth the money paid. Customer service was brilliant as well, I was helped by Molly who picked out colour matched grout and mastic for me and even managed to add to my existing order to avoid paying double delivery. Would definitely use again.

Excellent customer service with Mandarin Stone, they are a company that can be trusted. I would highly recommend. The quality of the tiles are of a high standard & the samples are a true likeness.

Avoid buying online - misleading pictures and terrible returns policy. Disappointing.

Ordered zellige tiles in 'ivory' online.

The tiles that arrived are dark brown. The returns policy makes it as difficult as possible for a customer to make returns, even when the company is at fault here for posting misleading pictures of the tiles - 20% 'restocking' fee and then you are left to your own devices to arrange delivery for heavy boxes of tiles, which pretty much total the cost of the tiles themselves. I could understand the cost if it were just down to me changing my mind but this is not the case.

I am pursuing a claim through my credit card company due to the lack of support from the Returns team and will never purchase from this company again - the time spent dealing with this issue and potential cost when there are so many other alternative retailers means it is not worthwhile. I recommend buying tiles from an organisation that has a more customer friendly returns policy.

Currently installing a patio. Disappointed that the Wexford buff tile is much more grey than I was expecting (and I did see it in store). It has some beige in it, but in natural lighting it isn’t the predominant colour - grey is. I was very clear in the store that I didn’t want a grey tone to the tiles. There are also very few decent photos of the various tiles in situ with outdoor light. And the delivery was a day late meaning my builders were left waiting around.
Update: in the sun, the Wexford buff looks better esp with the grout softening it. It still has more of a grey tone than I wanted esp in the shade. I’ve got Trulli ivory inside which I love and it goes reasonably well with the Wexford.

Tiles were not delivered in the day they were expected. No communication to make an alternative date, I had to chase.

Efficient sales process and delivery. Great product.
