Order never arrived. Was insulted horribly by the owner.
I wish I could upload the emails.
I have been told to change my review because of the language used in my original review.
This in despite the fact that what I wrote were direct quotes from the owner regarding my supposed mental health issues.
It was a shock to me, this is a company who make all their money from people wanting to take care of themselves both physically and mentally.
The £90 I lost is one thing but I’m not even allowed to put the emails on here to show everyone what this company really think of people who suffer with their mental health.

In over 20 years of operating as a business, never in our history have we encountered a customer who behaves like this. She repeatedly abused our staff, and when we told her we do not accept the way she is speaking to us, she completely lost her mind.
She constantly lies and misrepresents the situation, even in the face of evidence repeatedly shown to her. She has no grasp on reality. Here's some quick examples from her falsified review, don't even get me started on the rest of her lies...
There is no 'husband and wife' owners of MandiMart...
She has not used us a lot in the past...
She has not lost £90...
We stand completely behind everything we have done in the way we are dealing with this vile individual.

As soon as you contacted us a couple of days ago, we immediately opened an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel. The courier has since confirmed that your package was mis-routed in error, and they have apologised for the inconvenience caused. Because of this delay, we refunded your order in full.
We also explained via email that, since you are based in the EU, it’s much smoother, faster, and cheaper to order from our EU website instead of our UK store. Ordering from the UK website adds extra transit steps and potential delays, which is why we display multiple warnings across the site — including a pop-up, a homepage banner, and a checkout notice — to help EU customers avoid these issues.
We understand how frustrating courier errors can be, and we’re always here to help if you decide to order again via our EU store.

Delivery problems were resolved, as the package went missing. Customer Service was excellent in quickly sending out a replacement. GLS, on the other hand, not so impressive.
