Wrong trainers sent. I bought them for my son, and was hugely disappointed. Had to pay £3.99 to send them back, which feels like adding insult to injury.

I have always previously been happy with my service from MandM, however my last order was a lot later than expected having paid for standard delivery. The courier held on to my parcel for nearly a week and I think all suppliers should ensure delivery meets required deadline - order placed on 29th June, delivery received in 8th July

Order delivered 2 days after ordering. On time, goods great, price even better. I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Returning experience good and money returned within a week. Reordered correct size, goods delivered just as quickly. Great company will usenagain and recommend them

Supposed to be 24 hour delivery
Supposed to be 24 hour delivery. On day 4 and still waiting. My tracking hasn't updated in 3 days. M&M customer service says they are contacting the courier but I should wait up to 5 working days for an update.
