The returns policy is not clear

The returns policy is not clear. I bought a coat after measuring sizing which is completely wrong. Now I have to return it with registered post which is completely unacceptable. I will never buy from them again

The worst returns policy

The worst returns policy. Took me forever to work out where to send my item to, had to buy returns postage even though I had already paid original postage.
After they had received the item back (I checked as I sent it with tracking), still nothing.
I'm still waiting for the refund. I will absolutely not buy anything from this outlet again and probably not from Mango either.

Update: I only received a refund after filing a claim through PayPal. I don't understand how companies like this are allowed to keep trading.

Mango outlet - avoid


It's incredibly frustrating to deal with Mango Outlet's return process. I purchased three shirts, and while one looked great and I decided to keep it, the other two weren’t quite right, so I sent them back. Now, over six weeks later—and after a string of follow-up emails—I’m still waiting for my refund of 500 kr. Adding to the frustration, you have to pay for the return postage yourself, which only adds to the hassle.

Trying to get help has been equally challenging: the international phone number is disconnected, and when I reached out to my local Mango store, they told me that Mango Outlet operates as a separate entity and isn’t associated with them directly. I’d expect a brand as big as Mango to uphold their reputation with solid customer support across all divisions. Unfortunately, Mango Outlet’s customer service is sluggish at best, with responses that are few and far between.

If Mango Outlet doesn’t address these service issues, it risks pushing customers away. Hopefully, they’ll consider hiring more staff or training their team to respond to customer concerns more promptly.

Not only do I have to pay for return but customer service is non existent chat service is so poor. When I call the international number in Spain it says there is a national holiday which there isn’t. I will be complaining via citizens advice and trading standards and all social

Where do I start..hhmm

Where do I start..hhmm. I’m sorry but is a long winded one but needs to be told.
It was my first time ordering from Mango Outlet online, and I’ve been let down big time! I first shopped in one of their stores over 20 yrs ago. My first experience was bad, when my 2 sisters & I shopped at Mango during Christmas sales. After few weeks, my big sis & I noticed the quality of the products were poor after 1-2 wears & with washing. So we decided not to buy from Mango again. In May 2024, my younger sis bought me a beautiful green dress from Mango Outlet. I loved the dress and decided to buy another colour in black. This was my first purchase with Mango Outlet online. After few days I noticed the dress was faulty and had a big hole at the bottom. I informed customer service with photos and was told I will get a replacement. After 2 weeks I realised there was no replacement but got a refund. That was lie #1. I begged them to try and locate the dress from their warehouse & stores, but was informed they were completely sold out. They said it’s an old stock from last year season. I was upset because I wanted to wear for my B’day. Few days later, I received an email that they have more stock in their Oxford Circus branch. It was evident they lied to me and told me it was completely sold out. That was lie #2. My sis told me they no longer have an outlet in Oxford Circus. That’s lie #3, but they were persistent and kept telling me to go and buy from the store. I also noticed the price has changed from £33 to £103! 😳. I asked if I can buy it again for £33, because I refused to pay triple the price. They said they will ask their head office. I waited patiently for their response. So I tried to return the faulty dress and asked for return label. I was emailed a an address in Miami (USA), with postages costing £32, which I refused to pay. I came home and emailed customer service again and was given similar address with no post code/zip code. Post office said the address shows not registered. That’s lie #4. I emailed for the 3rd time and eventually got help from Mango staff (not Outlet). I became frustrated and asked for compensation. They had the audacity to offer me only 10%, which is only £3. I rejected the offer and asked details of head office or management. They informed me they will put in a request to buy the dress for £33 and also to be compensated. I chased them every 1-2 weeks for an update and was told they are still waiting for a response from Head office. This was over two months ago, still zero response.
Two weeks ago my younger sis told me the dress was back in stock with my size at £33. We both made a purchased and bought the dress again at the same time. My sister received her parcel two days before mine. Evri sent me a notification on 22/10/24 about my parcel and realised it was delivered to the wrong address. I informed them straight away. Evri told me to contact the supplier.
Today 26/10/24, I spoke with Austin from Mango Outlet, customer service. He was not helpful and his attitude stinks! I stressed that I have not received my parcel because it was sent to the wrong address. He was not apologetic and seemed unbothered. His response was “Next time go buy from the store and not online”. I assured him I will not be buying from Mango again. I also explained that my previous experience was bad and still have not been resolved. His response was “you seem to be taking this personally”. I replied “yes I am because it’s my money, my dress and my time wasted! He confirmed that an email was sent to me about my compensation. I asked him for receipts (proof) and he lied and told me his colleague received an email and not me. That’s was lie #5. I asked again for receipts and he lied again. His attitude got me infuriated so I yelled at him. I asked again for receipts and lied and told me it’s not an email it’s a documentation his colleague made on their system. That was lie #6. I got fed up and said what is happening regarding my missing dress. His reply was if the dress is in stock I will get a replacement, and if not I will get a refund. I immediately checked online and saw availability at a reduced price of £33. So I asked for a refund so I can repurchased the dress. He told me he has already made a replacement. I asked him when did he do that. He told me he mentioned to me in our previous conversation. I said that’s not true because never spoke about replacement until I asked about my order. I asked for a refund which he refused. He told me his system would not allow. I told him I’m not happy with the experience and wants a full refund. I mentioned that I have the right to request for a refund. I went further to state that if an order has not been dispatched it can be cancelled. He said not with Mango system. This guy thinks I’m stupid! I’ve worked in retail dept store like Harvey Nichols and Harrods in my 20’s. Evidently, he did not want to give me back money. Kmt smh

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

They send out RIPPED clothes! This happened the second time to me in a span of two weeks, should’ve learnt my lesson and not order again. Absolutely horrific, 120 euro for two blazers for them to come with missing buttons and ripped. Please don’t order from them, absolute waste of money for such horrific quality. SCAMMERS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would have.The worst customer service EVER! It makes it a nearly scammer website. They took my money didn't confirm the order, didn't send anything and didn't give back the money. When contacting the customer service about the problem they' ve told me to contact my bank. And when I did, the bank told me that it's the customer service that have to fix the problem. Then I' ve tried recontacting mangooutlet.com customer service, they didn't even bother answering my e-mails. So in one word: SCAMMERS.

At first

At first, when I saw the review I freaked out. But I didn't think twice and went through with the purchase. I received my order within two days and I didn't pay a cent for fast shipping.
I'm obsessed with everything I bought and will be ordering more.
Thank you, Mango Outlet.

Wrong Order, No Refund, and Email Inbox Full

I ordered clothes from Mango Outlet, but received someone else’s products instead. I immediately contacted customer service, and they instructed me to return the incorrect items at my own expense, promising to refund the shipping costs and send my correct order.
I followed their instructions, paid 30 euros for shipping,from estonia to barcelona and sent the tracking information as requested.
Since then, I’ve received no refund and no correct order. Worse, customer service stopped responding, and now their email inbox is full, making it impossible to reach them. This feels like a deliberate tactic to avoid resolving the issue.

I’m left out of pocket with no product and no communication. I expected much better from Mango. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Update: After 2 weeks of silence, I received a refund and shipment cost but was not offered the chance to send my original orders Anyway, got my money back. It is something.

i am honestly satisfied with what i got, even though i freaked out when i came online and read the reviews after i got a email the package was delivered but i didn’t see it😅, apparently i was out so it was left at the post office.

Terrible quality of items

Terrible quality of items, wrong size in one of them, another one was flawed with a broken zip. In the end out of 6 items I kept one. I did not realise I had to pay to return the items; Mango would not take returns in store… so in the end I payed extra £8 to return.
Not happy, last time I order form mango outlet..

I returned two items from my order using PostNord, but my package was sent back to me. Despite following Mango’s return policy and paying over 200 SEK for return shipping, I received no support. Mango customer service stated they don’t cover returns for Mango Outlet and advised me to contact the transport company to file a claim. Very disappointed with their service and lack of accountability.

Was sceptical using this site and I…

Was sceptical using this site and I read the reviews on here after I made an order before I did!
So I was really paranoid!
BUT.. my experience has been fine and iv order 5 times now for my holiday that’s coming up!
Clothes ARE genuine and the sizing comes up how Zara does, it’s touch and go so if you know Zara then use it as a reference to mango. Always check your sizing because things ( like other company’s) will come up different!

The outlet has great stuff and the discounts are unreal honestly, I am very happy with everything iv found and got so far.

I made orders and was concerned my orders weren’t coming onto my email so I check spam and they were there.
Customer service was good and they were helpful as I contacted them for a tracking number beforehand.

For me they used EVRI and you will get the tracking once evri has got it.
My orders have taken no more than 5 days to arrive .

Everything iv ordered ( for my girls as well) has been fine and I think it’s going to be addictive now as I absolutely love mango and finding an outlet has been a god send for me.

I can only write how my experience has been so far which is a complete opposite to a lot of negatives on here.

As long as it continues I will always be a returning customer.

lied to by customer service, wouldn't exchange item

I returned several items - I paid for shipping, but okay. One item I marked as an "exchange" on multiple information sheets. Mango refunded the item instead of exchanging, so I had to go online and instead reorder the new size and repay for shipping. I reached out to customer service to explain their error, and they claimed it was out of stock when they went to exchange...it never went out of stock online. I explained to them the easy fix on their part given that I had to reach out to them, that the item was always available online, and can they please return the shipping cost of the newly purchased item that should have been an exchange, especially since I paid shipping to return the items to them in the first place. They refused on this small thing, and it makes me never want to order from them again. I do like their products, but this was silliness.
