I ordered and paid for a VR headset for my son in Sep 2022. The only feedback I got was before I paid. After that you never hear from them even if you just begging for a refund. My order number is 76610
How are these things allowed to trade still? Such a shameful scam to rob people of their hard earned scam. Wat goes around….

I ordered and paid the 26/09/2022 and after not receiving the goods requested a refund on the 01/12/2022.

The only response I ever get is an apology they have escalated my query to finance and then not a word.

Don't even bother trying to call because nobody answers.

They are a bunch of thieves.

It has now been nearly 5 months since I placed my order from Manicaa and paid R3 850.00 to the company. I never received the hearing ampifiers I ordered and after numerous attempts to contact them regarding my refund and a written promise that my refund would be paid before COB on 3 October 2022, nothing has happened.

They still have my money and I received nothing. (Theft and fraud)

Order Number #000073678 I placed my order on th 18 August 2022 , after many calls the order is out of stock and in November i was advised i will be refunded i should send my details. Till today 13 January 2022 no refund no communication unable to get hold of anyone and no reply to emails. Do not order from Manicaa.com. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. COMPLETE SCAM OF A SITE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

On 15 September 2022 I odred and paid for a comode. Order#000074672.
I was told they were out of stock, much communication later and still no refund. I looked at the reviews today and see many shoppers having the same experience as myself. Wish I had read the reviews first... will always do that now.
What to do? I have paid a lot of money! Puts one off online banking.

I almost ordered an item from Manicaa, but had a niggling feeling that I should check them out, and did so.
Both Trustpilot and HelloPeter rated them very poorly.
In the meantime Manicaa were pestering me to complete my order with them.
I told them what I had found and why I did not order from them. They made no attempt to explain or counter these bad reports, which to me seems like an acceptance of how they operate and are viewed.
I ordered from elsewhere so I will never know how bad or good they may have been.
Better safe than sorry!

I want to give Manicaa a negative or zero rating. I have ordered stuff in September 2022 - up to today 10 January 2023 no reply on emails, no answer on calls. I I haven't received my order! What a huge scam!!!

Don't know why google don't block there site so they can stop steeling from people.

You order then they don't have stock and also don't get your money back.

Ordered and paid some wrap on 14 Oct 2022. Still waiting and repeated status requests just gets automated response and nothing after that. Phone is also not answered. DO NOT deal with these people. WORST service ever.

Got a reply on 12 Jan with excuses but no ETA! It is now 13 March and still no communication/product/refund!!!

Service is very poor, I ordered beach towel hooded poncho and took more than 6 months before they send a wrong item. I got 2 things that looks like elbow or knee support. I informed them that the item was wrong and in 3 days git a reply that they have booked a return. They collected the following day and 7 days later they delivered the exact incorrect items again. If I email I get the message that a support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 48 hours). Which not happened, I am still waiting reply after 4 emails and 6 months later. I won't order anything from them again.

Only after my negative review ("Stay away from this company") I have been refunded for an out of stock product after numerous e-mails and a 6 month waiting period.

Just read all the reviews and make your own deduction!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

They running a scam/fraud syndicate, while collecting interest on your money.

If they don't refund me within two days a case will be opened with the police and we will get as many people who they scammed into this to tally the total amount to get them behind bars for the rest of their lives.
All information of IP, hosting, addresses have been backtracked and traced before hand. Once we make a case with the police to get the number registered, private investigators will be used since the locally police are useless.

I'm at my wits end with this company. I placed an order in August 2022. They short-delivered on the order in October. I was then promised delivery (which kept being postponed) the week of the 12th December. They don't answer any of their phone numbers and any emails get an automated response. They've been paid in full and it would seem it's money down the drain.

Update: 12th January 2023...they have refunded the amount for the outstanding items!!!

There are MANY online Warnings about this company Manicaa, but being a person who likes to afford people the benefit of the doubt before I make an honest observation I purchased a gavel online from this company MONTHS ago. To Date, I have yet to receive my gavel or my refund. The common thread with almost every negative review for this company is that after you place your order and they confirm your order, you will wait for ages without anything being delivered. After much frustration, you would naturally want a refund and they will even go so far as to ask for your bank details to refund you, but like your products purchased you will also not see any refund. They are SCAMMERS! Be Warned!

Can Google please take down this shop they are scamming our hard earned money. I requested a refund I was told it will take 14/21 days which have long passed but still nothing. Good people let's meet together and file a law suit for these people to be shut down forever.

I paid for my order on 19 October 2022. Received email from Manicaa that it will be delivered during week of 14 November 2022. Still waiting and today is 13 December. Made several attempts via email to complain. Just the normal response of having to wait for 48 hours. Surely they cannot count hours. They probably use a year calendar to count hours with!
