Effortless process from the first enquiry, to picking up the keys. The car was as expected (if not better) from the online particulars, so there was no disappointment upon when viewing car for the very first time.
I would has no hesitation with recommending Mantis to other potential buyers.

A great experience
I recently purchased an Audi from Mantis, the car is in great condition and I got a good price for my old car with a part-exchange. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure. They were also happy to meet me after hours, allowing me to drive away my new vehicle after work.

Pick your dealership carefully
Maybe we're a bit unbalanced because we were on the rebound from Sascron cars, who I'm not convinced are operating legally let alone being people you can trust, but we have been overwhelmed by how straightforward and professional Mantis are. We've now bought a car from them and I can't compliment them enough. They allowed a RAC check, they fixed a small fault, their warranty is free.... they even delivered the car to us. It restored our faith after the horrific Sascron experience.

Great dealership
Great dealership, not pushy and very friendly we went with the kids to look at a vehicle and they were very good and let us have 2 test drives so that one of us could be with the kids. We brought the vehicle and they gave it an mot and service replaced worn wheels and breaks without me even asking them to!! 5 stars
