They plucked me for 10 Euro and nothing in return

I paid 10 Euro for download of a manual, my receipt states "Frais de recherche × 1 = 10 Euro".
It turns out that this is a price for ... eh... searching for the manual (which I got via Google on this site for free).
Once you have paid - they want ANOTHER 17 Euro for the download!!!!! I aborted here, what is next - another 20 Euro for the password to open the download?
Avoid this site at all cost, it is a terrible scam.

Not a real service

They asked for 7.7EUR after I ran a search - I used a virtual card fortunatelly - it was dropped after the transaction. After the payment, I just received an email with a link to a new page - where it asked for additional 17 EURs to download the document - saying that the 7.7EUR used to pay for the search. I stopped here - no way to pay more (just risked the 7.7EUR as I would need an old manual).
