Previous years the service was excellent, this year, we placed our order on the 18th of November and did not received our calendars until the middle of December. We had to call several times for answers but no response, only when we e-mailed you we heard from You. We placed our order early and still didn’t get a discount. Hopefully in the future the service will improve.

The customer service is not what it used to be and the product we received was not the same quality in years prior

We have ordered calendars from Maple Leaf for the past three years. Last year we received them in a timely manner, but this year it was not great. I had problems getting in touch with a person and was frustrated when I originally called. I finally got in touch with someone and ordered the same calendars as last year with the same logo and in the same color. They came after three weeks and were not correct. They arrived with the logo in black rather than the PMS 357 which was noted on all the paperwork. I contacted the company immediately and requested a refund. I have not heard back from anyone since then and hope to receive a refund very soon.

Very easy to place the order and have our label created to be added to the bug sprayer.
Will keep you in mind for another gift for our guest at the annual Thanksgiving dinner.

Quick turn around time and pricing didn't change much from previous order.

We will not be able to use your service again as the turn around time is way too long. And to top it off, Maple Leaf Promotions uses American suppliers. We still havent received our order which you charged to our credit card a month ago. Maybe you should charge when you ship. Tha might speed up your service. Regardless, you'll never see another dime from our company. Worst supplier we have ever used.

Good to work with for the magnets our church purchased. Look closely at the proof as they kept pulling the wrong one. That was the only issue. Responsive. Will work with again.

Product was delivered in a very timely manner. Quality is decent for the price

It took over two months to receive my shipment of droppers, and then when I finally received the print quality was very poor.

Began trying to order calendars end of November. They took credit card payment Dec 3. Still haven't received product (Jan 14), although we were repeatedly promised delivery before Christmas. Had to call repeatedly to get the order. When I called (again) to find out what was happening, the representative told me they would check into where the product was and abruptly hung up on me. Representative did not call back, but sent email stating delivery would be Jan 17, with no explanation.

Phoned and ordered Calendars, three weeks later I realized that I had not recieved a proof and phoned back. There was no sign of my ordered. We recieved our calendars late and most of our customers have calendars from other companies.
