I stated in my very first email that I only wanted the pens if they were blue ink...it took 5 emails, along with a paid proof before I got the answer...which resulted in me canceling the order. I'm now checking my credit card to make sure I have been reimbursed

I was quoted a standard delivery time of 2-3 weeks on all orders, following approval of the proof. It was six weeks from the day I approved the proof until I actually received my product. I am happy with what was delivered, though it was late for the originally intended purpose.

A little problem with getting the custom color ink I'd wanted. Closest they could come was one color lighter. Still, printing was excellent, delivery sooner than promised.

They charged my credit card weeks ago, and then they didn't answer my emails. I have no idea whether I'm ever going to receive the products I ordered.

Update: After I posted this review, they contacted me, and I am hopeful that this will be resolved.

Update 5/4: Just received a shipment. I wish communication had been better so I could have clarified details about how I wanted the items.
