I am still unable to return my order because Marco Paul simply does not respond.
I have emailed customer support multiple times, sent follow-up emails, and even contacted the person who replied to my previous Trustpilot review. Despite being promised assistance, I have still received no response.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the return instructions for Order #17825 so I can exercise my legal right to return the item.
At this point, it feels as though the company is deliberately ignoring my emails while my return window continues to pass.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels.
I hope Marco Paul finally responds and resolves this issue.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Marco Paul.
I am trying to return an item from Order #17825, but the return button in my account does not work. I contacted customer support as soon as I discovered the issue and have since sent multiple follow-up emails, yet I have received no assistance or return instructions.
I also explained that I am leaving the UK, meaning there will be no one available to return the item on my behalf after I leave. Despite making the urgency of the situation very clear, my emails have been ignored.
I am simply trying to exercise my legal right to return an item within the applicable return period, but the company has made this impossible by providing a broken return process and failing to respond to repeated requests for help.
I hope Marco Paul resolves this issue promptly. If they do, I will be happy to update this review accordingly.
