Looking for a new tumble drier
Was searching for a new tumble drier and found it at a great price with free delivery at Marks Electrical. The order process was easy and a delivery date was at my own choosing. During the time between order and delivery there was regular communication regarding the order. On delivery day tracking the progree was easy and when Kris and Izzy arrived with the delivery they were profeasional and very helpful placing the appliance in the room 4eqdy for me to unpack and set up. We had a very poor experience with this business. Delivery was very late. They damaged our property during delivery and refused to accept responsibility. Customer service was extremely poor. I strongly advise using alternative suppliers.

Fantastic delivery team
Ordered a cooker which was delivered the following day. A 3 hour time slot with a further update was also provided.
Mosh & Tommy who made the delivery were really lovely, extremely polite and helpful.
