Customer Support

Very disappointed that after making a purchase of almost £400 we were unable to return the unopened item for store credit. I do appreciate that we were past the 14 day cooling off period, but that was beyond our control.
We will never deal with this company again.

Recently received our LG fridege…

Recently received our LG fridege freezer in stourport On Severn , It was the best quote would could find anywhere. Victor and Ravi delivered the unit and took away our old one. They were in and out in 5 minutes , really polite and helpful. You got given a 3 hour slot the day before , and on the day I received a tracking app for the delivery van 30 minutes before they delivered. Really really smooth.
