I’ve been dealing with Sheriaz and Matthew at Martyn Gerrard’s in Muswell Hill for the last couple of weeks. They are, quite simply, heads and shoulders above every other estate agent in the area. Not only did they find me my dream property, they have held my hand and guided me through the process, always courteous, patient, easy to deal with and super efficient. I would like to thank to my house manager Costa for he’s prompt response , support and help in getting new washing machine very quickly. Thank you for the great service from the engineers who fixed the washing machine too . The whole experience was amazing. Costa is an amazing person, kind , friendly well understanding!

Worst company in the market. Poor communication, unhelpful service, and zero accountability. Caused unnecessary stress and hassle from start to finish. Would not recommend at all.

We have rented through Martyn Gerrard before, and the team was very helpful. This time, I noticed improvements in the customer experience, particularly the use of WhatsApp messages to make communication smoother and faster. As we are often at work and unable to take phone calls, being able to communicate via WhatsApp made the process much more convenient.

Zak helped us at the beginning by gathering our details and starting the referencing process. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, and he was always quick to respond, professional, and polite. After that, our case was handed over to Alexia, who assisted us with the referencing process. She was also very helpful, quick to respond, and professional throughout the process.

Both ZAK and ALEXIA were amazing. They made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and smooth.

A very good experience from start to end of my sale. Afina was considered and reassuring in her judgement of potential buyers and their offers, always thinking ahead and managing my expectations. She was diligent in actively communicating with all parties to progress and conclude the transaction, with good responsiveness, attention to detail and transparency throughout.

I want to say a personal thank you to Harrison. Whilst he called hoping to talk about a letting, when I advised him that our property was not up for a letting and being concerned about where this information was listed, Harrison went above and beyond by not just being understanding but following up with the link to the property and going through step by step how I could resolve the situation.
Following the call, I was able to talk with the relevant letting agent and have this information removed.
