My experience with Martyn Gerrard has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Communication was consistently poor and never improved, even after raising concerns multiple times. It felt disorganised and careless throughout, with no real attempt to address the issues.

The most concerning part was being hit with sudden charges with no explanation. Even worse, the attitude was essentially that I had to pay regardless, without transparency or justification. This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Customer service overall was a nightmare — unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to deal with. Instead of resolving problems, they seemed to make the situation more stressful.

I would strongly advise others to be very cautious. Make sure every cost is clearly confirmed in writing, as you may otherwise be faced with unexpected charges and very little support.

I let my flat through Daniel Harris in Crouch End. From beginning to end, the service has been 5*. As a first time landlord, Dan helped keep me on track (but never pushy), was straight talking with an honest, no bull approach, and great sense of humour. He helped me organise things and was solution-orientated. Within 2 days he had secured two decent offers. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the person who looks after my flat in Banet. She's very patients and does all she can to help me as I'm unsure of lots of things and she always reassures me.

We were given a time and day to view a property to be met with an agent so nonchalant, it was clear he would rather be anywhere else. Being answered with “who knows” was a particular highlight along with not physically going around the property and being on their phone.

While I didn't end up finding one through MG, they were outstanding in their assistance and help awhile I was searching. Can't recommend them enough

I really want to send this review for James Gough. He was an excellent support helping with property viewings and a great advisor. I had other agents who had taken me for viewing but James clearly stood out of everyone. I felt James’ support was non biased and genuinely looking to support both buyer and the seller equally. The honest suggestions were very helpful. James was excellent support and I really appreciate the efforts he put to be flexible with the times. Thank you James for all the support.
