Found this company via Mybuider.com. Paul is the main man sales person who was the Director of Vision windows now operating under Mars Windows. This family run company are a no go area if you see them run for your life serious scammers came and did a fake foundation for the conservatory and demanded money on a weekly basis total paid was £7000 and at that time no progress other than transfer another £1800 so that we can order your conservatory that was a wake up call for me when he said that yet all the money l have paid it was for the order to be possessed. At this point started searching about this company only to find out that this company are serious scammers. Went back to my builders.com to complain only to be told their account has been closed with my builders.com. Please don't fall for the same scam Be warned.l have all his WhatsApp messages on my phone.

BEWARE scam/fraudulent company (not that you can call them that)
My mum ordered a conservatory in September 2021 and they have absconded with the money. They built a brick wall in September as part of the scam - to get you to pay the rest of the large amount of money £10,000. But even the wall is not fit for purpose! They ripped down my mum's conservatory and disposed of it now leaving her nothing but a mess in her garden with a foundations that is just collecting water. After the wall was built they never got in contact. Every time we called they were either too busy to talk or would say they were waiting on parts but as each week went by we grew more and more suspicious. We have now found out this is an organised scam involving the whole Routledge Family! Paul is the main sales man and used to be director of Vision Windows Souther Limited where they ran exactly the same scam and fraud please refer to reviews to see this ! Action Fraud/trading standards and the police are now all aware of them and we will be taking legal action to fight for our money back! This family need to be put behind bars they are destroying lives and funding their lifestyles praying on innocent vulnerable victims.

I am one of many who has been scammed by this family of four confidence tricksters. When I. paid my deposit they were called Vision Windows Southern Ltd. Paul Routledge the father and frontman sold me a conservatory unbeknown to me this was all a scam. I paid him £10,200 and never saw my money or the conservatory. The son Alex Routledge pretends he is a builder and built a not fit for purpose foundation. Nikki Routledge the daughter collects the money . Deborah Routledge was the silent Director. They took in total 10,200 to order my conservatory. They never came back stopped answering my calls or texts. Successfully myself and a couple other customer have objected to their closing Vision Windows Southern Ltd but they are still trading under Mar Windows Ltd. They have now set up Mar Windows Ltd with Nikki Routledge as the Director and are starting the scam all over again. Please people do not be taken in by these think they are clever family of four fraudsters.
