Avoid this company at all costs
Did not deliver the service that was promised at all.
Left my oven in a horrible state
When I reached out asking for a partial refund the lady was rude and refused to give me a refund.
Also I never received any invoice which makes me believe this company is not legit in any way.
The cleaners could also not speak a word of English and left early.
Terrible service

They are a good cleaners and have a good experience

A total waste of money - very disappointing. I booked a 6-hour deep clean at 39 weeks pregnant. After four hours, the cleaner had still not cleaned the surfaces in the kitchen - I ended up having to remove tea stain marks - or even picked up the hoover. I had been told by Mary that the skirting boards would be cleaned as I was too heavily pregnant to do them but the cleaner then said she didn't have time. I very rarely complain, but I feel we have been utterly fleeced. Don't use this service.

Do not trust at all!
The cleaners turned up 2 hours late after I was told they would only be 20 minutes late, the cleaners also left an hour early, they claimed they would deep clean the fridge and freezer but on dither inspection this was not done. When I asked if we could negotiate price after the lateness and lack of work Mary phoned me. She said I needed to take into consideration traffic and claimed if I was 5 minutes late to my work I would still expect to get paid, respectfully 5 minutes is very different to 2 hours. Told me it’s not fair if I don’t pay them. I said I would happily pay but I think the price we had decided on was too expensive considering the work that had been done. Mary told me I had 30 minutes to pay before she took legal action then hung up the phone. I tried discussing the issue with her over text but she told me to stop texting her or she would take legal action. Horrible experience which made moving out even more stressful

I recently contacted Marys Cleaning for a quote and, in the light of a competitive market, the company emailed me reducing their rate of £15 per hour to £13.50p per hour to clean my home.
A few weeks later i phoned the company to book a cleaner and the lady was unwilling to let me book a cleaner at the agreed rate of £13.50p per hour.
She said she would investigate the email the company had sent a few weeks earlier agreeing unconditionally the rate of £13.50 p per hour, and she said she would get back to me. She did not do so. I emailed the company asking why they had not got back to me. The company replied that since the time of them promising a rate of £13.50p (only a few weeks previously!) they had raised their rate to £15 per hour. They were unwilling to accept a rate of £13.50 per hour.
It was wrong for them to suggest they had introduced a new rate of £15 per hour! I and they were aware (when I first originally contacted the company) their usual residential cleaning rate was £15 per hour--all that happened was that, to obtain my custom, they unconditionally promised me in writing that they would accept a rate of £13.50 per hour.
They reneged on their promise to me, and, as far as I am concerned, Marys Cleaning is not to be trusted.
I emailed them, offering them the opportunity to apologize and reverse their breach of promise but they have not contacted me. In these circumstances I have felt it necessary to write this review to warn others out there.

This is a fake company, it is no company registered on that name, you can not find any kind of information about this company. As well as the woman who is saying that she is the director of the company is not paying the salaries for the people who work for her, she is finding the customers true the website that she has, but then she doesn't have the legal company!!!

Don't trust it at all!!!
