This company should be banned as they…

This company should be banned as they are not experienced carpet cleaners & just rip people off ! Don’t waste your time & money on them as I’m still waiting for them to give me my invoice too after they keep lying saying that they sent it via email but don’t want to because they know their not even qualified or experienced either & shouldn’t be working & should be shut down asap so know one else gets ripped off too !???

I booked Master cleaners Sunshine…

I booked Master cleaners Sunshine Coast. They didn’t show up, I called them and they didn’t answer with their company name- I thought I had the wrong number. They said they would be here within the hour and were but showed up with no company signage and didn’t even cover their shoes like our normal cleaner. The bedrooms were done in 45 minutes, were very wet and didn’t smell like they had been deodorised. I asked if they had been and the cleaner said they were. He said they do not guarantee stain removal. I would not recommend- I think I’ve just paid a lot of money for an expensive very wet vacuum. The light stains are still evident.

I originally booked the appointment for…

I originally booked the appointment for 12 o’clock, but they showed up an hour late — fine, I let that go. But then they finished in less than 30 minutes! And the guy even said, “You don’t need to spend too much time on cleaning.” Like seriously? Then why did I even hire you?
The cleaner even charged me an extra $20, saying the hallway wasn’t included in the price. Then after they left, I found out one of the rooms hadn’t even been cleaned at all. Honestly, it was such a terrible job.
The carpet cleaning service was very poor. The cleaner was unprofessional and didn’t bring any proper equipment — only a small vacuum cleaner. They used a spraying device that just made the carpet wet, and the entire cleaning took only about thirty minutes.
I have two bedrooms one living room ~
Really bad company . Gold Coast people must know ~

Simply DO NOT USE this company!

I made an enquiry with Master Cleaners online(I’m sure they will respond to this review to say they cannot find my name or complaint etc) I received several calls back almost instantly with a text quoting a price for the job (4 bedrooms carpet cleaned) I was unable to reply as I was driving to work and so they reduced the price $20 indicating they desperately needed my custom. I don’t know why I didn’t question this at the Time but I agreed and explained why I wanted the cleaning(concern of dust mites). On the day of my booking they rang to check all was still ok with the booking but when I answered the worker said he was from pest control, so I told him I didn’t need pest control. I had a further call from someone else who spoke of my previous conversation and explained they were Ringing about the carpet cleaning, I explained I was confused as recieving calls from several numbers & pest control was mentioned. Any way the worker arrived the next day to my husband at home and told him they thought a dust mites treatment spray would be more beneficial than the cleaning. They then spoke of how they would have to come back if they did the carpet cleaning to do the spray the following day, which indicates to me they were going to do both for the price quoted as they didn’t inform that the spray would be an additional cost. They proceeded to prioritise the spray treatment, spraying just the parameters of each room and asked for the full price as quoted. My husband paid given that he thought the treatment was what I had wanted (I was working) and given the ‘professional’ had told him this would help the issue. The treatment did diddly squat, no surprise there as they had only sprayed parameters. I contacted the worker the following day to ask if he can come back and do the job fully, he told me to contact the number on the invoice(which he had not sent at this time) I proceeded to contact Master cleaners through their general cleaning solutions email address and explain the situation asking if they could return to do the job paid for . Funnily enough the carpet cleaning job is also mentioned on the invoice though not what we recieved at all. Despite bombarding me with messages and calls before the booking, they took their time to reply and when they did they implied I would need to rebook the full service for a new cost. They are rip of merchants! Please do not use this company pay the additional $20 to use a reputable company in QLD, Au

Very pushy over the phone and not friendly or helpful at all. Went and read reviews and very glad I got to cancel in time. Please to not use either Master Cleaner or Target Cleaner

Too funny

Too funny! Called for a 2 seater recliner and 2 singles quoted $160. Offered to come the next day, I said I was calling around to get some quotes and he hung up… Do not use this service. Glad I checked the reviews.

DO NOT HIRE

DO NOT HIRE - RIP OFF MERCHANTS! was quoted 220 for ONE bedroom carpet and a patch of a mattress, they changed it to an additional 20 bucks. when finished i was sent an invoice for 352 and argued they never said it. this was for an elderly woman sent to hospital in an ambulance.

Scammers - stay clear of this company!!

Lied about the prices, said it would be $40 per room over the phone then when the cleaner arrived said it would be $80 per room. When questioned about the hallway which is only 2mx1m he quickly changed it back to $40. Ended up kicking them out before they started which were glad we did.

The people that actually come are called Clean and Fix it Services which are sub contracted through Master Clean. The whole thing is a scam.

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this cleaning service. They called me back almost immediately, offered their services for the very next day, and gave me a reasonable price. Thankfully, I insisted they send the quote in writing, which they did. When the technician arrived, he came with a completely broken machine held together with tape. To make matters worse, he quoted me double the original price, claiming the initial quote was for only one item. Luckily, I had the written proof showing it was for multiple pieces. He reluctantly agreed to honour it.

During the cleaning process, he worked on my sofa and chair, which needed odour removal. However, there was absolutely no difference in the smell afterward. His only explanation was that it needed time to dry, and he suggested spraying some additional product. I refused to pay the full amount due to the poor results and overall unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Was quoted $90 for two bedrooms to be…

Was quoted $90 for two bedrooms to be steam cleaned over the phone, when the cleaner arrived he requested $70 for each room that I ended up agreeing on to just get it over and done with. Once the job was completed he asked for an extra $20 because he added a deodorant without my say and said he “forgot to ask me” and I responded back saying so this is ur mistake for putting it in now ur trying to get me to pay an extra $20 on ur fault which is pathetic. Feel truely scammed this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. Have lodged a dispute with Consumer Affairs (Service Not Delivered As Described) and a Transaction Dispute with ANZ Bank.

Quoted $120 and then Charged $180 on the day for steam clean of couch. It hasn't made a 1% difference at all. Before & after pics/results are exactly same. No visible difference. With all the minor marks still visible (standard couch, three years old in good cond). INSISTED I pay on the day, and the couch was still wet and dark when they asked for payment. It wasn't til the next day when it was dry, I realized it was exactly the same? I politely emailed the company to ask for a reclean or refund and gave full details and pictures

The company was SUPER responsive and called me, and SMS’d to follow up on the online quote. This made them seem really professional. But now in hindsight is odd, to receive a phone call within 20mins of an online quote, to lock in a time for the service.

I would note, the guy who attended and ‘wet’ my couch. Was really lovely.

The company is actually a call centre based in India who subcontracts out. Super rude on phone, laughed at me, saying 'we don't provide magical new couches'. Refused. I sent them screenshots from their own website promising high qual services. Amazing cust care, that they deliver prof results and improvement on before/ after.

The same guy 'Daniel' won't transfer my call to a supervisor or anyone else and says he is the only one there despite hearing voices, and phones in a busy call centre. They are clearly trained to decline claims, and I have never experienced such comically bad and rude customer service. He tried to rebook me for a second couch clean to fix it and gave me a quote to PAY A SECOND TIME!

Cannot advise anyone strongly enough to not use this company. IT IS A SCAM!

What the hell is wrong with this…

What the hell is wrong with this company? I cancel the job as I changed my mind and he rang back asking to reschedule and when I said no he said “get lost (swear word)”. And hung up on me. Do not use this company !! They are inreputable.

In response to you saying that it must’ve been someone misinterpreting your company. That’s not correct because you phoned me afterwards and I explained it to you and you apologised. Take ownership.

Dodgy company

Dodgy company, had my lounge suite cleaned, invoice said Clean and Fix it specialists, credit card said SK cleaning. They were 2 hours late and charged me $286 for 7 seats which were cleaned in 50 minutes. When he was finished it looked ok as it was still wet but when it dried there were streaks everywhere and I then realised that he didn’t even clean the back of the furniture. Rang company and the phone was answered with a simple hello so wasn’t sure if I rang the right place. I put my complaint in writing with photos and after a few days they said there is nothing we will do as you stated you were satisfied with the job. It looked ok when it was wet. I was expecting someone to come out and look at the crappy job that was done but no. Their reply was broken English and made little sense and they even stated that the couch was too dirty and we did the best we could and I knew then that I had been scammed. These companies ruin it for the ones who do the right thing. Next time I will go to a reputable company and pay for the job to be done properly. Stay away
