Watch out for your money

Watch out for your money. I cancelled an order minutes after I placed it. Called 6 times and emailed about 10. I then got a message from the owner Jason Tan who said it was cancelled and refunded. After the letter of assurance from Jason the company sent out the wrong order anyway 4 days later.The manager is refusing to rectify , pick up or refund. Their account Manager has charged me anyway and refuses to do anything about it. Shame on you Master Garden Products.
The really silly part is that the moment I cancelled the order my message to them was I needed larger sizes and more of them. I'm just going o say that they never listened to my voice messages or just don't care

Beautiful and well-made products

I am thrilled with the seated bamboo arbor we purchased from this company. It is sturdy, was easy to put together, and is absolutely beautiful in our yard! And, it shipped on time, and packaging was well put together so no damage in shipping!
