Gift is not givable….waste if $203!!!!…Do not assure 100% satisfaction.
I received my heart and found that the background was included. I tried repeatedly to turn the toggle off to not include the background but it kept resetting. This resulted in the picture of my friends to only be about a quarter inch deep. Thereby losing the effect of a full 3D. I asked for it to be redone as they state they want 100% guarantee. They have been slow in response and just told me no without answering me after I explained. The gift is not viable and a complete waste of $203. Never again. I had once used 3D Crystals and it was beautiful, this site does not stand up to their site promises and dismiss any resolution.
