it is a long story for the ebike we bought. There is some defects with the connection of the electric power the first time when we received the bike. The ebike was returned for repair and the expert quickly found the problem and solved it. Now we have been using the ebike for one and a half month. Just a couple days ago, we experienced again that the electric power fails to work smoothly. The problem that the pelectric power fails sometimes only when the battery is below half full, therefore it is not easy to find this problem when you just fully charge the battery. The bike is still in warranty, I am contacting the store to see how the problem will be solved.

Hello, as you can see in the title, I bought a Romet bike because it is well equipped and the price is attractive. For a bicycle from another, well-known manufacturer at this price, the equipment would not be at this level and the quality of the bicycle was not better. I say this as a mechanic from my own experience.
The bike gives me a lot of fun to ride, it is also very well made.
Very good contact with the customer.

I am very happy with my bike and enjoy it immensely. I was disappointed though as online when you go through the line by line specifications of the bike there is in my opinion some misrepresentation. I specifically chose this more expensive model as I wanted the Shimano Deore groupset. Only the Derailleur is actually Deore the rest of the group set is Shimano Altus (cheaper components) However, for the bikes overall spec and quality of build and features, you won't find this on any other brand for this price. So far the bike has performed above my expectations.
For quite a while I am looking for a nice race bike. A good light weight race bike is expensive, however I found a nice race bike at the website of Matra-Bike.I had some questions and contacted the Matra bike service desk. A very professional sales persons attended my questions and helped me making the right choice.
I decided to order the bike and this bike with delivered rapidly, despite the current Corona crisis. This quick delivery demonstrate the efficient way of working displayed by Matra Bike.
I am riding the race bike now for some days and the quality is excellent, well above my expectations.
Matra Bike: keep up this good spirit and thanks for the great service and quick delivery.
My next bike will be purchased from Matra Bike !!!!

I bought a bike online, they delivered the wrong size. For a week now they have been stalling me off, and every time I called the customer service( which I had to call everyday), they told me someone is going to call me and noone called!!!! Now I dont have a bike to use and I cannot buy a new one, as they are not starting the refund process, although I filled the form, and submitted!!!!
Very happy with the service, information and the delivery. They estimated a delivery Wednesday a week after I ordered. But, I already got the bike on Saturday (4 days earlier). Super service on the delivery as well.
The bike arrived 100% ready and was exactly what I was expecting. Super happy. Can really recommend Matrabike.
Terrible customer service. I had to send my bike in for a repair. Matrabike messed up my pickup location not once, but twice. I had to cancel plans and get up at 7am 3 times because they couldn’t get it right. They finally managed to give the transporter the right location on their 3rd try which was almost 2 weeks after the original pickup date. When I talked with customer service on the phone, they never apologized once or said sorry for the inconvenience. That’s customer relations 101. Also they never called me to discuss the price of my repair. They only sent me a bill which was way too high in my opinion. I wanted them to repair the screen on my e bike however they only soldered the wires. They didn’t even wrap them correctly afterwards so I can’t leave my bike outside of there is rain. ( I could do that myself) Also I got my bike back with pretty flat tires, so that was also an inconvenience to get them filled again as I do not have a pump at home. All in all a month for an expensive wire repair.
Sad having to leave a bad review. I bought an e-bike from Matrabike a few months ago and my experience with Matrabike has been horrible from start. First there was a big delay with our order. I have made many calls and every day they kept saying ‘it will come tomorrow, tomorrow’ we told them we were considering canceling but again they said it will come tomorrow so we gave it another chance. Although the cycle itself was comfortable it broke down after only a few months. The cycle would not turn on anymore. We had to drive for one hour to the service shop and left the cycle there. They told us we can pick up the cycle in 3 weeks, which is already a very long waiting time. They extended it a week due to Christmas. During the waiting time I sent an email about an update in which they answered it will take 3 weeks total. We have now passed 3 weeks and I rang them asking about an update. We are still on the waiting list. Meaning they haven’t even checked what the problem is yet, and haven’t even started on the repair. This might mean it can take another few weeks before we will get our cycle back. They couldn’t give us an answer and told us if we didn’t want to wait we could pick up our cycle without repair. We need our cycle for work and are missing out on it a lot at the moment. For us it means a big loss. This experience has been horrible and it’s getting worse every day. They are saying they offer great service but fail to meet up to it. We regret ordering from here and would advise anyone to, despite the price, never order from this website. Because with all the adding costs after buying the cycle, you might aswell buy it from a good shop with good service
Bad bikes, there is always something that breaks. Very poor customer service. The bike broke already three times. A really bad experience and of course a typical customer reply.... Call us back to resolve the problem! Dissapointing

I bought an e-bike from Matrabike few months ago.
I received it and I was really happy. Good bike.
Unfortunately just after receiving it, when I tried to charge the battery the first time it didn't work. It can happen, only bad luck, no complaints so far.
I contacted the Customer Service the first time, and they suggested me to let the battery completely discharge before charging it again. I doubted but so I did. And as expected it didn't work.
So I contacted again the Customer Service and this time they invited me to first go to the nearest store (?), and then to send them the battery and the charger, at my own expenses (EUR 7,25).
Before sending I measured the charger with a voltmeter and there was no output, so apparently that was the issue.
After some days they received the parcel they contacted me, stating the battery was not working and sent a new battery and charger, sending me first a payment link for the delivery (EUR 6,95, sum EUR 14,20).
I received a new battery and surprisingly the same charger, which without any surprise it didn't work.
So I complained with the Customer Service and they invited me to send them the charger (or going to the nearest store, again?), at my own expenses (EUR 6,95, sum EUR 21,05).
After some days they contacted me admitting the charger was not working, so they sent a new charger, at my own charge (EUR 6,95, sum EUR 28,01).
I received a new charger, and really disappointed it was not compatible at all with my battery.
Once again contacted the Customer Service and they invited me to send back the battery, this time I asked them to send a prepaid delivery. However I had to pay in advance with their promise for a reimbursement (EUR 6,95, sum EUR 35,05, how much a new charger?).
Unfortunately(luckily?) the parcel got lost. Well, Matrabike claimed they haven't received, while DHL insisted on the proper delivery.
I contacted back the Customer Service in order to confirm the parcel was effectively delivered or not, but no reply, no further communications except advertisements of course. Not even to help me out in solving the issue I was left without a battery charger. Their goal of selling a good online was achieved, nothing else matter (cit.).
Now I'm a relatively happy owner of a bike with some useless electronic components on top, just heavier than a normal bike.
A bike that was to be delivered within the next day happened never to arrived.
And a DHL tracking that kept changing the delivery date.
I made a call to the customer service and I was told to call DHL which actually it was the vice-versa.
DHL tracking page says:
What should I do if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Contact the sender, which could be an online store's customer service department. They may ask DHL to investigate your case.
And this agent kept telling me I should rather call DHL and that I'm wasting his time. I demanded order cancellation and I was told it's not possible. Meanwhile, the delivery date had exceeded 5 days and still no sight of delivery.
The bike was needed for my boy school camping and since it was not delivered, I was forced to buy one from a physical shop. And they won't cancel the order nor deliver it.
Can you imagine this?
