Bike is perfect, can't say nothing bad about it.

This is highly unusual, but I placed order on Belgian and Dutch website. I didn't receive any confirmation email. I emailed the store, no response. It's like it never happened. Maybe they have some technical issues but still...

Speedy delivery Good product and follow up

I have purchased an entry level of e-bike from them recently, the product is of good quality. Their follow-up with customer is quite thorough also, before I placed the order, they have someone calling to explain feature of different bikes they have offered. The bike is delivered within three/four days after I ordered, and there is a staff explaining the function of the bike to me when it was delivered. The saddle is a bit too tall for me, and they delivered the new shorter bike rod to me immediately. So far I am happy with the purchase.

It is very good and convinent.

I chatted with the director of the company Ing. Theo M.J.P. Mank , but it's just chaotic.

They already had a delay at their delivery and I told already at that time to cancel my order , but got refused.
So , it came.
The motor and so on everything was okay , only the kickstand has an initial failure and it's not working.

The director told me that he could do a repair service for free ( already two times this conversation) , but he is lying.

If I can't get my money back I'll do a lawsuit against this company , due to the consumer protection rights.

Matrabike sold me a broken bicycle on March 07. The engine was faulty; the seat suspension didn't work, strange sounds from the pedal zone. Filled in a return form within 14 days, they took for the service, within 14 days after the purchase they were informed the product doesn't work correctly since the very beginning. After 2-3 months got to know they could not fix it "the engine from the factory came wrong". Maybe you ordered the wrong engine?

After this long waiting, in June, we agreed to pay an extra 800 EUR and buy another one. In late June they promised to deliver it in 2- 3 weeks. On July 02, I ordered a new one.

On July 17, they sent some fake invoice like I had it ordered on this date with a notice "delay of delivery out of their control". They sent the first invoice on the order date (July 02), and I fully paid it before July 17.

On August 18 demanded my 1999 EUR back. They refused to refund and asked me to wait 2-3 weeks more for delivery. They are citing that fake invoice like "I knew about the delay, I was informed". I was not informed, also, about these lies.

At the moment, it is almost another month passed, and not three weeks as these liars told. "Now we can deliver this week, and we will call you" I ordered a new one on July 02, correct? It is the middle of September. They refuse to reimburse 1999 EUR to end this deal.

All I could is to cycle with their broken bicycle 99km, and they are keeping my money 1199+800 EUR for more than six months (March - September).

Trustless and manipulating, avoid this company!

I have bought two bikes recently. Very happy with both. Delivered assembled and ready to ride. Good prices and very friendly customer service. Appointment for delivery. The only minus point was that when I ordered on line I received the confirmation in few days and I was not sure if the on line order went through or not. Normally it is instant confirmation in on line shopping.
