Did not receive mattress!!
Ordered mattress and topper and only the topper was delivered! Absolutely ridiculous!! I’m furious because I ordered this so I can sleep at my mothers house where I have to stay for a week due to work. Now what??!!!
Avoid at all costs!
I ordered from their UK website which advertised free delivery. After 3 days, I received an email from customs demanding an additional £50 payment. In my opinion, such charges should be clearly included in the price upfront.
I contacted customer service and requested to cancel my order, as paying £50 makes this purchase far from cost-effective. I was told cancellation is not possible—if I refuse to pay customs, the goods will be returned, and I’ll only receive a refund minus the delivery cost.
Their website promises “hassle-free delivery” and “free shipping options”, but my experience was anything but hassle-free.
⚠️ Tip: Buy from a genuine UK supplier and don’t be misled as I was. Avoid!

I have the exact same negative experience. the website states delivery in 2 to 4 days. it's been over 10 days and the status with gls has not changed at all. after contacting customer service I was sent a different tracking number which gls does not even register. for the fact that the company here boasts of improving services, this is a complete failure of customer service. the company's laxity is sad. even if by chance the mattress is delivered - trust 20% so I'm still disgusted with the unwillingness to act, lax approach to the foreign market. I do not recommend even clicking through the website and leaving straight away, definitely do not order without reading the review!
They sent me a mattress with bed bugs, completely avoided any responsibility. Blamed it on me and told me that I should resolve it instead of writing to them
