Awful
I would be very careful buying a Beautyrest mattress from Simmons that I bought nearly a year ago. It was a moderately price mattress about six hundred dollars. However, a few months later I noticed that it was sagging a bit in the area where I mostly sleep. I'm not a huge person and was surprised to see this. I now regret not returning it or exchanging it because now several months later I'm trying to get warranty on it . I just received a letter stating that it's not going to be under warranty!! Saying I didn't have a good enough box spring. So this will definitely be the last mattress that I'll ever buy for Mattress Firm or from Simmons!! I also purchased this online which I will never do again. I highly do not recommend doing that.
The Mattress Firm warranty is a joke
The Mattress Firm warranty is a joke. My advice, based on my personal experience, is to understand that there is no functional warranty supporting the customer, you are effectively buying "as-is". So tired of this kind of BS! I would guess that 99% of Mattress Firm consumer warranty requests are denied, after the buyer is forced to jump through multiple hoops of a surprisingly long list of specifications you must have met to comply to their warranty requirements. Wrong box spring! Warranty void! Except, of course, it's the box spring that you bought from them. There's a byzantine list of multiple factors they select from to deny you. What are you going to do, take them to court over a mattress? Great way to spend your time. You get the picture. Never going back to Mattress Firm. For my wife and I, they were a waste of both our time and our money.
Don't buy a mattress from Mattress Firm…
Don't buy a mattress from Mattress Firm in State College. My son Conor had a horrible experience and is very upset. Their guarantee of being able to return a product is a scam. Sure, you can return it but they charge for delivery to come pick it up and they charge you for the promotional products that you probably don't even want to begin with, leaving you at the point that it's not even worth returning because you are losing money. They even expected him to return the pillow. Upon delivery, they made him help put things together because they were in such a rush and didn't set it up properly. Even worse they had to borrow tools to set up the frame and baseboard and they don't have their own screws or brackets . They had to make two trips to set it up and still didn't do it correctly either time because the delivery men don't have their own equipment or screws and brackets. Then after going into the store I was told someone would come look at it and that never happened. So not only is it a scam but they expect injured people to set up heavy equipment.

Price was good warranty service terrible will not oner warranty claims
They are over priced and they messed up…
They are over priced and they messed up delivery which they did us a favor since we went to mattress plus in Newington!, we saved 4,000 going over to mattress plus and got more extras. Stay away from mattress firm
We had a great experience with Roderick…
We had a great experience with Roderick at the Sterling Heights location. He was a great salesman and a heck of a nice guy. No verdict yet as far as the mattress and box spring go as it’s too soon to tell. Will update in 3-6 months of use.
Refuses to honor warranty
I cannot get a response or reply from Mattress Firm regarding a warranty claim for my sagging mattress. At this point I can safely conclude that Mattress Firm refuses to honor their warranty and will not communicate. I would have been better off buying a mattress from Costco.
Red this befor buying a Sealy Frisco Queen Firm…
Don't buy a Sealy Frisco Queen if you expect it to be "FIRM" as advertised. I've had mine for about 2 weeks and it is NOT firm. In fact, it sags as much as much as the 30 year old one it replaced. Too much trouble to attempt to exchange. Also, for 99 bucks, I expected the delivery to be adequately communicated. The only "live" communication was, "We'll be there in 10 minutes."
I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this experience. Last month, I noticed that my credit card had been charged by your company for a purchase I did not make. I immediately contacted your customer service to report the fraudulent transaction.
Unfortunately, I was transferred between multiple phone numbers and told several times that I would receive a callback, which never happened. After several attempts, I was finally given a case number, but no meaningful follow-up was provided.
Despite informing your company that my credit card information had been compromised, the merchandise was still delivered to the unauthorized party. This is very concerning, as it shows a lack of proper action even after being notified of fraud.
To this day, I have not received any updates regarding my case. Instead, I am now receiving requests to review a purchase that I did not make.
This situation raises serious concerns about how your company handles fraud cases. Sending merchandise after being informed of unauthorized use makes it seem as though proper precautions were not taken.
Rip off
I saw the same mattress in Costco for $200 less yet they say you're getting such a great deal on it.

I broke my femur bone and needed a soft…
I broke my femur bone and needed a soft mattress Cameron the sales person listened to what I wanted and led me right to the mattress I needed. I didn't pay to have it set up, and when I had a bit of trouble I talked to joe on the phone, and got my answer. I'll definitly buy there again. Ask for Cameron.
Blazin Banks and his wife were amazing
Blazin Banks and his wife were amazing. They notified me that they were on the way and when they got there. Right on time. Delivered my mattress with experience and expertise. They were friendly and professional. Set my new mattress up and took away the old one. Took the box and trash with them. Would highly recommend them. My new mattress from mattress firm is amazing.
Read ALL of the fine print very closely…
Read ALL of the fine print very closely before signing...do not trust what they tell you! Run away as fast as possible. You are MUCH better off buying online, most do not charge fees for delivery or pickup should you return it. And some offer 365 trial periods! Mattress Firm has hidden fees and they do not give a rats you know what about their customers. They also partner with Synchrony Bank, and together they do some very shady business deals. Avoid at all costs!
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE - When you buy a mattress at any Mattress Firm they are not completely transparent with their warranty. If your mattress is discontinued and you manage to win the warranty claim, instead of being able to exchange for a new mattress they give you a credit that won’t cover the cost of the equivalent mattress from that same brand. I also contacted the brand and they assured me that Mattress Firm would do the right thing, they didn’t. Offering an extra $300 off for a mattress I should not have to replace is unfair. The mattress was discontinued due to well known issues with that model, you would think they would see this and make it right. But, they only want you to spend more of your hard earned money “so they can upgrade you” ! They have lost my business, I hope if you read this you choose a better company to give your business to!
I will not buy from Mattress Firm again
The staff is good and knowledgeable but Ive had nothing but problems with the mattresses. I have bought 6 in less 2 years because they are not what's in the store that I tried out and did not hurt me. They break down quickly as well. The next to last was a pillow top that went flat in less than 3 Mos. So I traded it for the one I have now. It was a Sealy Norman II. the one I have now is a Sealy Sleepys Hybrid HD that cost $400 more. In the store it was cooling and med firm....perfect...but when I slept on it the first night I woke up with hand numbness, back and shoulder pain and sweating! I have bought 2 very thick pads but its such a hard mattress that it does not help. So yesterday I ordered a nectar hybrid from the Nectar website. I am an average size woman...155 lbs so weight is not the issue and I sleep alone. I will not purchase from Mattress Firm again.
✨️I recommend this location
My husband and I recommend this location! The Buffalo Speedway ✨️location is where I went off 610 hwy. My my neighbor Carl got a bed and told me about this place. So I thought I would give it a try. It was a guy named Jamale. Jamale, is the store manager who has all the right information on the best mattress for you! I told him about my bad back pain. I tried several beds and the adjustable that sit you up and massage you and also it's a light underneath that changes colors and it goes off motion. I lovvvvve my bed. The price was great and the warranty. Customer service was great and omg the delivery guy's were so fast and friendly, the beds are Amazing in the store to try out! 👏🏽 💯🙏🏽😊
Two hours and 15 minutes late
I was not allowed to choose a delivery window time, even though I explained the mattress was going to a nursing home memory care unit. The delivery time I received was 4:00 to 6:00. Received a phone call at 3:50. The mattress wouldn't be delivered on time because they had to stay and help an elderly couple. They didn't't make it until approximately 8:15 and then needed us to AGAIN give them the instructions of where it was to be delivered. I will NEVER buy another mattress from them again.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Would not honor a promotion.
Mattress a piece of crap
