Excellent experience all round. Plenty of delivery updates and a call when they were 20 minutes away. Karl and his colleague were polite and helpful and took the time to fuss my dog which helped put him at ease. Can't recommend highly enough

Excellent service, quality mattress!
My Comforcel mattress was recalled at very short notice. From the moment I contacted mattress man to the delivery of my new mattress was nothing short of wonderful. I was assisted over the phone by a lovely guy (cannot recall name) who went through the details of what to expect and help choosing a new mattress to replace the recalled one. I was given priority delivery, collection of old mattress from upstairs bedroom to new one in its place with 24 hours. I have also been in rolled to the sleep trial due to the short notice.
The delivery guys Brandon and Lee were friendly, efficient but most importantly professional. They had the old mattress out and new one in within ten minutes. Thanks guys!

Our lovely bed
We ordered our bed frame, which we will be honest some holes didn't align and short of 2 bolts, that was soon rectified when we telephoned customer service. We received bolts by first class mail, customer service, the delivery guy were fab. We went to the showroom in Colchester for our mattress. We received absolute great service from the assistant, very informative. The delivery guy was great. And our mattress is absolutely perfect.
