AVOID LIES ON DISCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
Delivery company excellent. Mattress man advertise a mattress as soft. Its delivered and it's firm i contacted them next day they are not intrested. Kept saying can't return because of preference. I said I ordered a mattress you describe on you website as soft its not this is very misleading and false advertising. In process of small claims court

Fast delivery, well packaged. Mattress very comfy and doesn't look or feel cheap.

We were looking for a new matress and decided we would like the same one as we had previously. Ordered and delivery arranged - a slight hold up on delivery while they obtained it for us but staff were amazingly helpful when I called to query the delay and also again when I checked the delivery was on schedule. Would definately recommend the company and its helpful team and would definaitely use them again .

No hard sell when buying our mattress, just great service from Stanley (Lakeside) who actually listened. Mattress arrived when they said it would and no hanging around waiting either. Would completely recommend them.

Not Mattressmans fault but when arrived the packaging was badly damaged so had to check product before driver left to make sure all was ok

Very helpful in store. Then delivery two weeks later, notified day before they would arrive within 2 hour time slot , arrived on time, took old mattress and put bed where directed . Very pleased with bed and service. Would definitely recommend.

Great bed. Not complicated to put up. Instructions could be a little bigger for ease of reference but that’s a minor thing. Bed itself is solid and a fantastic base for a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Was really please quick delivery kept in touch , quality of my mattress was so good the Arthur side sleeper was a 10 I brought for my daughter she so happy best sleep she said like sleeping on a cloud ,.I will be ordering again

Mattressman is a genuinely friendly and welcoming place to shop, and it really shows in the team. Our salesman, Stanley S, was brilliant — full of life, friendly, and so patient with us. Honestly, if it weren't for him we wouldn't have bought the mattress at all. He was fantastic with the kids too, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Couldn't recommend him and the store enough!
