Great service. Very helpful in scheduling our group of 18 people for several activities. We were all able to sit with each other thanks to this service even when assigned seating wasn’t available for one of our activities. I highly recommend!

I had an odd request of using multiple cards and my customer service representative was very patient efficient and had a wonderful attitude. I feel confident knowing we have these fun activities secured and definitely will use to book again.

Great job getting us set up for an ATV tour that I couldn’t otherwise get online and it didn’t cost anything additional to have them book it for me!

Due to Mother Nature, we were unable to go on our scheduled Molokini snorkel adventure. However, they refunded our money and were very accommodating.

Everything was perfect!!! We signed up for 3 activities and my family loved them all. No BS with missing paper work and nothing fell through the cracks.
This was a great way to arrange multiple activities. Ms. Darcie also made awesome recommendations. I would recommend MauiActivies to everyone!!!

Bought the Kapalua zipline for two. The maui actives sales person, told me that there were going to be waterfall's, as in multiple , we could stop and play in them in between the 6 ziplines, and would also take the ATV's on trails. The problem is they did not tell me there was a weight limit. After i paid they sent me a waiver for myself and husband. That said the weight limit was 250 lbs . My husband is 6'4 and between 230 lbs & 240 lbs. when we showed up the they weighed us, they said he was 255 lbs. No refund $229.15 for his paid fee gone. We left the next day to the airport when checking in our luggage he stood on 3 different scales each one of them said 239 lbs even different airlines. On top of that There was not one waterfall to see or play in. The ATV's were driven my their employees , not even able to explore and drive around. Just a heads up to everyone..

The trip was scheduled for a 5hour sail and snorkel trip, we got to snorkel for 20 minutes before the swells kicked up and we could only sail. The boat and crew were very pleasant and helpful and the captain was knowledgeable and cool! the food was simple but good and we had a good time. It wasn't perfect but what is?

Our family had a great time! The food was delicious as were the cocktails! The service was great and the entertainment was top-notch!

I was able to easily schedule and pay for a hawaiian luau with premium seating. A day later, I received an email asking me to reach out due to a scheduling issue and that there was no availability on the evening requested. There was apparently a computer scheduling glitch. The spokesperson was very friendly and apologetic and was able to provide another acceptable reservation (night before departure). I had tried several other luaus previously and all were sold out. The food was very good and the servers were excellent (very efficient and friendly), Performances were good. And my first timer grandson (14 years old) enjoyed the evening. There were several vendors there. We even bought souvenirs there...especially enjoyed seeing and purchasing one of their wood carvings. Sunset was beautiful.

According to the email sent,it was recommended that we arrive at 4:30 to ensure the best seating possible. This did not prove to be the case as the tables were all preassigned. This resulted in having to pay for 1 hour parking to get us to the 5:00 free parking. There was no benefit to arriving early and I recommend you change your welcome email to reflect this. Arriving between 5 and 5:30 would have been the preferred
arrival time.

So windy we tucked in. Wouldn’t go again.

We were booked for the wrong Haleakala tour. I specifically asked for a guided bike tour and when we checked in (at 2:30am!), I was told we were booked for a classic tour which did not include the biking. Very disappointing! I emailed the company agent about it, but never heard back. I’m giving it 3-stars because prior to booking, communication was great…or so I thought.
